I was struggling with my disc which almost bought me to tears. I reached out to pixie for guidance l, and they were amazing they kindly sent me a different size to try, aswell as helpful videos and kind word of reassurance, can’t get over how amazing and supportive the pixie team was.

absolutely atrocious company
absolutely atrocious company. bought a jacket (im based in the UK) and returned it (to the US) because it’s gross, poor quality and not worth £200. however, i received a bullying email from customer service saying the returned jacket was in poor condition. i literally tried the jacket on, was like “nah not for me” and then put it straight back in the plastic wrap to be returned the very next day. after receiving two quasi threatening emails from customer service they acquiesced and processed my refund. however JUST DON’T BOTHER - AWFUL QUALITY CLOTHES AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst company EVER
Worst company EVER! I ordered this zip up hoodie in a black (I double checked my order confirmation) and instead they shipped me a grey hoodie. I emailed their customer care line ‘hey@pixiemarket’ in 10 November to try to arrange an exchange. I don’t think o should have to pay for the return ££ etc. and I haven’t heard anything back despite following up several times and trying to reach them through Instagram. The hoodie was £140 - would expect really good service for that price!
Item not as described, pictures are too good
Second time I ordered but again dissapointed. I ordered a white satin skirt. It was delivered in champagne colour and seams in front. Absolutely not as described. Moreover, they do returns, but I have to send it back at own expenses from europe to us. Although delivery is very quick so I assume they have a european warehouse. It looks nice online, but far from irl. Don’t buy from them.

I ordered a pant and expected a Pixie Market pant, but I received a wrongly cut pant with the kind of tag you have when you order on Ali Express. Save the money don’t buy and at least buy directly for a fifth of the price on Ali Express.

I contacted Pixie Market customer service because there was some confusion for the Fedex tracking for my order. The customer service was excellent and wrote me back right away. I received my order yesterday and I'm very happy with the quality and fit.
Awful customer service
Such a shame that this company does not give a hoot about the customer experience. Sizing is off, so you pay a hefty fee for international shipping to find that the sizing comes up really small and then you need to return, paying another hefty fee. They completely ignore emails - don't even have the courtesy to acknowledge them or respond at all; and you have to badger them to get a refund. What a short-sighted way to do business. Greed doesn't create return customers.
Cute and as in pics but very bad quality
The pull-over top with chain is super cute and edgy and it was exactly as in pictures.
Unfortunately, I assume the fabric blend is so bad as it sheds terribly, I tried everything but it keeps shedding and it looks already worn out and shabby.

Took a chance ordering a skirt form this company as I had never heard of them, it arrive to Ireland on Monday after being ordered on Friday. Absolutely delighted with the skirt fabulous quality and the fit is perfect, it surpassed my expectations. Love it and will definitely order from this company again.

BEWARE of this retailer!!! The one thing worse than their poorly made clothes is their ridiculous business practice and horrendous customer service where in my experience, they accuse and ignore their customers.
I purchased a pair of pants from Pixie Market and returned it immediately because it didn't fit. I didn't hear from them for several days despite knowing they had received my return bc I checked the tracking number. Only when I reached out, did they respond to let me know that they were refusing to refund my return and accused me of damaging the item. Needless to say, I was shocked and appalled. A few things:
1) I barely had that pair of pants on for 5 minutes before I packed it into a padded envelope to return the item. As a sensible customer who has shopped thousands of times online, why would I damage something I was returning?
2) Instead of contacting me immediately to inform me of the issue, I did not hear from them about it at all until I checked in.
3) When I asked if they could be certain that they did not send me a defective item in the first place, I never heard back. They simply chose not to respond and it has been 7 days now. Surely someone works there and thinks it's good practice to respond to a customer that you've taken money from in a timely manner.
4) Upon doing some quick research of their business, I found reviews on trustpilot and on other sites that this is not the first time Pixie Market has accused a customer and refusing a refund. I find this incredibly shady.
5)When I asked for a description of the damage and to speak with someone on the phone, no one responded.
I find it shocking that any business (much less an online only retailer) would insist that customers are returning damaged/used items, instead of extending the courtesy to their customers that perhaps a defective item was shipped in the first place or perhaps the damage was caused by their own staff when unpacking/restocking the returned item.
In addition to this, the fact that they just stopped responding to me when I asked questions and to speak with someone just demonstrates an utter lack of consideration or respect for their customers. I have never been treated so poorly by any retailer before and not been given the benefit of doubt that the damage might have been caused on their end. In my opinion, Pixie Market is clearly a retailer that doesn't care about their customers and is only concerned about the quick sell. In today's competitive retail landscape, it will be only a matter of time before they fail.
I will also be reporting this to the appropriate bureaus.

So no free shipping or returns, slow ship and credit for returns (I had to inquire about my return before getting my money back). Slow reply to questions and the $98 vest I got had no tags...used?? And was something I could make myself using a $10 cotton menswear vest from the thrift store, with shoulder pads sewn on. Never again. Sorry

First no tags attached on Dress. We don’t know what size or content of fabric , also cheap fabric and not well made it too not fitted well too . Don’t brother to order you will spend more time to sending it back .

don’t bother spending your money here
they honestly have really cute items. Very edgy and sophisticated, HOWEVER I odered a Blazer size Small, it ended up being too big on me, so I immediately shipped it back. They would not take the return because it had a “strong perfume scent.” I wrote to them and explained that I only tried on the blazer. I never wore it. I packaged it immediately after noticing it didn’t fit me. I’m also allergic to perfumes so I don’t wear any. You also can’t even get in contact with anyone via phone, only email. I honestly feel like i was robbed of my $240 which I paid for the item. I’m honestly super disappointed, will NOT be buying from this company ever again. I do not recommend anyone buying from this company, be very careful when orderig from Pixie Market!!
