A really poor quality product
A really poor quality product. The AI doesn't respond to your feedback and simply puts your answers into a 20+ slide pitchdeck (far too long for any potential investors) in an amateurish powerpoint template.
The only AI I can see is that it suggests rewording your answers (which it does not properly comprehend).
Save your time and money.

The system is constantly resetting as I go through the questions. Unable to get the final output without it going back to square one. Requested a refund and denied that privilege. Waste of money.

I was expecting yet another startup…
I was expecting yet another startup tool that asked for my soul in bullet points. Instead, PitchBob showed up like, “Hey, answer these questions, and voilà, here’s your pitch deck.”
I blinked — and there it was.
No MBA required, no Canva-induced breakdowns, no existential crisis over fonts.

In my opinion
In my opinion, it’s a scam. I received an email that promised a free pro plan once I answer a survey. I did I exactly that and got nothing. I emailed them back but got no reply. Companies that deceive and lie and trick people do not deserve my money.
UPDATE March, 2025: they contacted me with the Pro Plan so I’m nudging my rating up to 2 stars till I try it myself.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Don't be fooled by the chatbot, the decks themselves are trash. This is an absolutely horrible product, and when i reached out to customer service they said "refunds are impossible" without offering any way to improve the product they have provided me with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY on a company that does not wish to produce happy customers.

We clearly communicate before purchase that refunds aren’t possible once documents are generated, because each output is created using AI models that incur real-time token and infrastructure costs. This is not a subscription service — it’s a pay-per-use product with upfront clarity.
That said, we do our best to set correct expectations: we show examples of output, describe how the process works, and explain what PitchBob can and can’t do.
I’m sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. But I also want to mention that over 3,000 founders have used PitchBob to save countless hours and thousands of dollars on early-stage storytelling and pitch prep — and many have gone on to accelerators and investors with our materials.

Bad experience.
Bad experience.
It feels like an old chatbot with hard coded questions (do not expect anything like GPT or any LLM).
Plus, the generated documents are filled with content errors and style incoherences.
And finally, the "Co-Pilot" never worked for me.
I mailed the founder who seems nice but could not help.
Still, its questions helped me to summarise and express my concept a little bit better.

Our goal isn’t to be a freeform chatbot. Instead, PitchBob is designed to guide founders step by step through the core questions every early-stage startup must answer — about their problem, market, traction, value prop, and more. That clarity is often the real bottleneck in the early days.
From your own words — “its questions helped me to summarise and express my concept a little bit better” — it sounds like you experienced exactly that core value, and I’m glad for it.
