The purchase process was normal and the item delivered on time. However, we decided to go with another product.
Thus, we had to return our large item.
It should be noted Pish posh baby DOES NOT PAY for the shipping return fees.
We had to pay for the cost of the car seat to be shipped back for return. The shipping fees alone cost 25% of the entire purchase price.
This is the first website that did NOT pay for shipping return fees in our experience.
Thus, we took a 25% loss by returning the product.
In the future, we will not be ordering from this website because we would assume shipping return fees.

I have consistently been happy with their service, price, free shipping, no tax, and on and on. They are my go to place for advice, information, and service. Love your products
Love your products. Ordered a Baby Jogger City Select twin stroller last Christmas and its just AMAZING! So many great features, just a little heavy but its so sturdy! Love the double windows and the vent in the back for babies. Straps are very easy to use. Recently ordered a glider for the back for a toddler and a console to keep certain things easily accessible since the dog rides in the bottom basket. Easily holds twins, toddler sister and pup! Only issue is I wish you had free returns! I accidentally ordered 2 consoles.
