Having received zero points on the 2 previous PIP form attempts, I was recommended PIP HELP CIC. As I had already gathered some evidence, it helped my case worker to evaluate what I had and what I then required to complete the case. I then contacted DWP for the PIP form in March 2023, my casework did a typed up evidence, from going through each question, and sent it along with the attachments etc in May. I couldn't believe my eyes when I received a text message to say that I was successful but had to wait for a letter to arrive to explain what level I have been awarded. If it hadn't been with the help from PIP HELP CIC, I would have probably been rejected again.

I applied for pip and got 6 points and did an mr and was still awarded 6 points, I got in touch with pip help and jade dealt with my claim and was very thorough, so we appealed and got awarded daily care, took around 2 months from jade helping and 3 weeks for dwp to over turn the appeal before it even got to tribunal, so thank you ever so much to jade and company, would definitely recommend

We were about to give up after DWP made it clear they would not award points although we knew our son should be entitled. David and Kim actually listened and genuinely cared about our case. They managed to help get him a better rate than we thought he would get based on all the negative responses we kept getting from DWP. When we were all out of hope they encouraged us to keep going. Yesterday we were so pleased when our son was awarded enhanced rate daily living and standard rate for mobility. He was originally given zero points after his face to face assessment which was upgraded to only 2 points after his MR. We had a lot of evidence to support his claim but with Kim's help, legal expertise, guidance and support we knew exactly what areas and evidence to focus on at the tribunal and how to prove his daily struggles and get him the award he was entitled to. We will be forever grateful and recommend them to anyone who has been rejected or not been awarded the points they know they should have got. They also made us realise that he was entitled to more than we originally applied for as they listened to what he struggles to do daily and told us he should get points for things we never even realised he should and they got him those extra points too. I read a lot of online guides about what counted as a descriptor point and they not only managed to get him all the points we originally applied for but they knew exactly what other points he should get and got him those too!

Just want to say a massive thank you to jen and dave they are such an amazing people so helping and surportive def needs to be more people like these guys they have a heart of gold I can't thank you both enough for how surportive you have both been I will Def be in contact amd be passing your details on to other people who need help

I am so very thankful to this incredible CIC, their help , care and the ongoing support for my PIP renewal. I am blown away by the successful outcome. The hard working team provide an invaluable service that is so needed for so many. I would highly recommend anyone struggling to contact this CIC and to never give up hope . Hold onto the light and know together we are stronger knowing we are each entitled to the Benefits rightfully deserved without judgment . Thank you so so much to all who helped me

I just want to thank pip help cic. I was in a very dark place, worrying so much after my recent review meant I lost my mobility component. This group has made me realise I'm not alone. I feel that I have a bit more faith in the process. And thanks to David for talking me through what steps to take next and for being so lovely

I cant say thankyou enough for these incredible people. David was on the phone to me when ever I needed him to support and ease my anxiety no matter what time or how long the call was going to be he was there and I never felt like I was a bother to him he supported me and guided me in so many ways. Kim was my rep and I would have that amazing woman anyday by my side even if I was on trail for murder lol . She was there to support me when I needed and told me constantly she will not abandon me she knows her Job and is bloody good at it, I felt like they genuinely cared and really wanted to help not like others who only care for money the great thing about this organisation is no win no fee and you only give back a percentage from you backdate money they only cared about me and getting what was in my right ! A million times thankyou once again to an angel without wings David and to my queen Kim. God bless you both

Had an extremely helpful call off David. He gave me tips on my new PIP claim and mentioned things, i would have never thought of!

Starting a claim can be scary but knowing how knowledgeable David was and the fact he said i could call with questions if CAB couldn’t help made me feel a little more at ease.

Thank you for your help! I will definitely be using you should DWP decide they won’t or can’t award me PIP for Fibromyalgia..

Highly recommend them… all you pay is a percentage of your back pay if they win your claim which to me is money I wouldn’t of had without them anyway so it’s not even come out of my pocket.. kerry was amazing so helpful day and night call or text. I was sceptical at first not gonna lie but so so glad I went through with it. Thankyou so much once again 😊

Engaged with PIP Help over a six month period to try and get support with a challenging claim for my partner. They were helpful at first then after going through many lengthy calls, forms and following all their advice to the letter (including the undertaking an expensive private assessment) they just dumped us via a short email saying were not supporting our claim anymore. Absolutely shocking and insensitive way to treat people who are struggling so much, we're still very upset from it all. I followed up after this and had to ask for a call with a manager and all she could say was it "wasnt in their interest to pursue our claim". I understand this is a not for profit but completely unacceptable way to behave whether the claim is being pursued or not.

Kim and David were so helpful with my wife's claim for Pip from start to finish they took the time to listen and reassure her. Great experience from a fantastic team.

Kim was really helpful and informative throughout the process of appealing to the DWP. She attended the tribunal and took away all the stress for me and for my daughter who the tribunal was for was reassuring, helped explain procedures and processes. I would highly recommend

Cannot recommend Kim and her organisation enough. There is no way I could of won my case without her.

If I could give these amazing people 10*s I would they have been nothing but genuine and honest. I cannot recommend David enough, he put my mind at ease and helped me through the process of when I got turned down in helping me do an MR and then starting the process for tribunal and the before going to tribunal PiP changed their minds and awarded me. It has never been the money it was always the recognition of my condition. David and the team are hard working individuals who truly care and I believe they should get more and also be paid for their time. I received a phone call from Dave, who was extremely supportive, empathetic, experienced and incredibly motivational.

I have taken on board the advice offered to hopefully challenge the decision of my unsuccessful PIP claim.

It is so important to have the 'right' support through such a traumatising and 'discriminatory' process, especially when you have a number of 'hidden' disabilities.

Massive thank you to David & Linda, after only 4 months from applying for PIP I was awarded enhanced rate on both elements. This company is worth it's weight in gold, they are worth every penny & more.

I had put off applying for months due to the overwhelming stress the forms caused me, I came across their website and cannot thank them enough, David called me first, he made it a very relaxed call, he was very easy to talk to, he listened, he was very understanding & empathetic.

Linda then contacted me & led me through the full process, including being on the DWP call assessment, she is amazing & i could not have got through this without her, she really listened to my story with a non judgemental attitude, her patience at all times & her calm manner gave me the confidence i needed to push through the assessment & hooray it was a success.
