This is the biggest thankyou and hug I could ever give to this organization. I was so scared to apply for pip as I was turned down the first time but so many people said to me that I would be approved. Looking through Facebook I found this wonderful site and I first spoke to David who was so kind and helpful. He made me realize that it was a no brainer if I didn't use their expertise.
David handed me over to the wonderful Annie who calmed my nerves and answered all my questions.
My application was sent to Pip on the 12th Dec 2024 and Miraculously I had my telephone assessment on the 22nd of January which was totally nerve wracking as it went on for about nearly 2 hours.
On the 17th of February I was informed by DWP that I was awarded the benefit.
Wow! I was so thrilled. Thanks to David and Annie for their kindness and help. Honestly don't even think twice about asking them to assist you. I am ever so grateful. Thankyou 💖

We reached out to PIPHELP.org after losing my Personal Independence Payments after a change of circumstances. As you can imagine myself and my partner were bereft after receiving the decision from the DWP. We had luckily already heard of PIPHELP.org and upon contacting them we were quickly contacted by a lovely gentleman called Dave, quickly and assertively reassured us relieving our inescapable sense of anxiety, and lessening our distress. Our next contact was from our assigned caseworker Sandra, again Sandra 100% reassured us, laying out the process that would follow and the different services they could assist us with. My partner and I chose for PIPHELP.org to represent us, rather than assist as we were both so exhausted from my illness that we didn’t have the strength to stay in the fight. Sandra arranged a meeting to discuss my case, again laying out exactly what was ahead of us, going over what we had already submitted to the DWP, what evidence I had and advised what rates I would possibly be awarded if successful. After a few emails back and forth gathering more evidence she shared with us a draft tribunal appeal submission, after agreeing to this we received this to sign and post to the tribunal. Yesterday we received a call from the DWP just to go over a couple of things, and today we received the great news that Sandra’s appeal submission had been successful, the DWP had reviewed the documents submitted by Sandra and had decided to award me what I’d lost and more, without going to tribunal! The whole process has been seamless, and completely stress free! I would not hesitate in recommending PIPHELP.org to anyone, and I will without doubt be using them again in 10 years when I have to renew. Thank you so much Sandra and Dave, you have no idea the difference you’ve made to our lives.

I was very worried about filling in pip forms, I contacted pip help I was matched with a lady called Annie who helped me through everything even sat in on my phone assessment she was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions, I know without Annie’s help I would not have been able to do it, I have been awarded now and I realise I should have done this in 2020 when my health really declined thanks again Annie I would recommend anyone who is struggling with applying to get in contact with pip help cic

David initially, and then Sandra were great. I went from being awarded only 4 points to 12 at appeal. I couldn't have done it without them. Commission seems high at first but when you think about it, without them I'd have been awarded nothing! And they put in so much hard work on my behalf they deserve every penny.

I would like to give a huge thanks to Sandra and Linda for helping me with PIP claims for my son and daughter. From nil points to enhanced for both for my son at tribunal and standard and enhanced for my daughter also at tribunal. The latter was as a result of an ‘appeal’ to the tribunal for errors and we were granted a second hearing. Sandra was with us all the way, producing legally, well worded and laid out official documents to forward to the DWP from MR right through to the end. Sandra provided advice, information and was able to make an extremely stressful time a bit easier. She was able to comment on both occasions and I know we wouldn’t have been able to go through this whole process without them. I throughly recommend their services. Thank you

Read the contents of the contract that they ask you to sign very closely. There are clear legal pitfalls that have not been corrected or added to the documents to catch you out.
After having a legal representative look over the documents sent to me, it was clear that they have not ensured real protection for clients.
Use at your own risk.
From a service standpoint, I was appalled at how I was treated by the director of the company when first contacting PIP HELP CIC. I felt unsafe, uncared for and, quite simply, like I was another number for their business to make money from.
He made a number of comments to me on the telephone, that I felt to be discriminative in nature, stating that because of my 'autism' (not the correct mmedical term), I might have a tendency to want to check things out in more detail. Luckily, a recording of this call was made so that the case can be taken further with an independent body.
All round this was an awful experience and would recommend avoiding this company. There are lots of options for NO WIN, NO FEE work for PIP help out there that charge less (these can be found by Googling 'PIP HELP NO WIN NO FEE').
EDIT: For further proof of the organisation’s handling of customers and the shame that they try to instil, please see their response to my honest review below. It should also be noted that they have taken every effort, unsuccessfully, to have my review removed. Actions here speak louder than words.

After observing numerous referrals to PIP Help from various claimants to fellow claimants having problems with their initial PIP applications, Mandatory Reconsiderations and even escalations to Tribunal, I decided to contact PIP Help for advice on my own Tribunal case I submitted a few days prior. I was contacted by Dave. His telephone manner, knowledge, understanding, guidance and advice is truly phenomenal. I applaude him and his team for their integrity, honesty, dedication, professionalism hard work and selflessness in providing the services they do and advocating for people like me. Just as the Paul Hollywood golden handshake was bestowed upon me, by Dave, I am bestowing that honour on him. A true, salt of the earth man, wise beyond his years and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I'll be in touch once my Tribunal is finalised and hopefully will be joining your team to advocate for others in my position, soon. I HIGHLY recommend PIP Help's services.

Excellent service from PIP Helpline and especially Annie, who helped me every step of the way. With her patience, guidance and reassurance, I felt more supported, safe and hopeful. It helped to know I wasn't alone in this and had an expert on my side. It made the PIP process a lot less stressful for me and I honestly wouldn't have managed it on my own, nor have been awarded PIP as quickly as I had. It was worth every pound for me, and my one regret is not having gone to them sooner. Would have saved myself a few years of anxiety, frustration and fear. I am full of gratitude and appreciation.

Due to the difficulty navigating the claim form I decided based on reviews to use this Welfare Rights group. I was assigned Jeremy who definitely had his work cut out. He made the whole process so easy, writing out all the info needed. He was in regular contact with me and post was flying backwards and forwards between England to Ireland. He was also dialled in to the assessment with me. In all honesty I wasn't confident. Jeremy however was, and that's the beauty of using the people who know what they're talking about. I can"t recommend him and the company enough. Although there is a fee if awarded it's absolutely worth it to take away the stress involved. He was phenomenal and I will be forever grateful for his time, knowledge, patience and support.

Julie Sohna . Wow what can I say !!!
I won my PIP Trubunal on the 2nd December. I know I would not have done so without the help and guidance from Jule Sohna ! .
Julie was absolutely amazing from start to finish.
She put so much hard work and effort into helping me , she was patient, kind ,a good listener, very understanding, and always answered my concerns and queries quickly and with confidence, which greatly put me at ease throughout the whole journey .
I cannot recommend Julie Sohna enough !

Julie at PIP help was so empathetic and supportive. She guided me through a very difficult process and I know had she not been there with me I would not have got through it! Being someone who does not like to discuss my health I found Julie eased the process providing me with a shoulder to cry on and a fire in my belly to go forward. I thoroughly recommend PIP Help CIC from the bottom of my heart. I cannot thank them enough.
I consider myself to be quite good with paperwork and thought I could do this alone but I scored 0 points.
I approached PIP Help and had several conversations with David, who was a kind listening ear; from then I was referred to Linda who took on my Mandatory Reconsideration. She was friendly, approachable and kind. She took the time to get to know my case well and produced a Mandatory Reconsideration letter which resulted in a standard award for both Daily LIving and Mobility; which was appropriate for me and the best I could of hoped for.
A fantastic company.

Have to wait more than an hour and when connected their rude staff don’t listen anything and just hang up. They don’t realise they are dealing with people with severe health issues or disabilities and they may take time to answer. Very rude and unhelpful staff.
He wanted to security questions and when ask I answered and then he said you fail the security and hang up as they about to go home and didn’t even explain as I am sure I didn’t fail security and tell him the correct answer and even if I do he can explain or ask other question but he just hand without realising I was waiting for an hour to speak to them. Been waiting for 3 months for a review decision and they just been ignorant as usual

I just want to say a big thank you to Jeremy, he is a very lovely guy and helped me with my pip claim. There is no way I could have done it on my own. In January I started filling it out myself and with my mental health I just broke down and stopped filling it in. After a couple of months I saw pip help CIC on Facebook and also read the reviews so I sent a message and Dave called me to say he was going to get a guy called Jeremy to help me. It's been months and only just got it but if I didn't have help I would never have got it. 😊

I have been meaning to review for a while so apologies for the late review!
I’ve just seen a recent review which made me so sad and upset to read.
Surely this is slanderous? As if she has in writing them slating her 🤣 Baliffs are only sent if a court has looked at all the facts ( so why wouldn’t she have sent this so called evidence?!!) nor would they have sided with PIP Help CIC if she hadn’t signed a legally binding contract and been fully aware of the terms!
It makes me so cross that some ….. take advantage of caring people that win a PIP claim that they wouldn’t have been able to without their help.
I’ve had help myself from Dave and Kim to win my claim ( thank you!) I could not have done it without you all. I know others that have too! They are absolutely incredible, the contracts are clear and it’s stated on the website clearly too (that is where I found the information and saw the fees too)
I’ve seen and heard so many amazing things about the not for profit charitable organisation hence this supporting review too.
If you are looking for help ( the most supportive too) ignore that review and look at the hundreds of positive ones they are fantastic.
You always have one leech that by her own admission is up to her arms in debt collecters ( says it all it’s probably her full time job getting out of paying) so don’t worry PIP Help CIC if you are reading this!
Personally I would have her done for slander as well with her review.

When I found PIP Help CIC I was at my whits end dealing with the stress of my daughter’s PIP review.
The DWP telephone assessment was incredibly stressful. I found it very uncomfortable and difficult advocating for my daughter whilst she was sat alongside me. Subsequently they decided by letter, 3 weeks after the telephone call, that she no longer met the conditions of PIP and her award was stopped from the date of the telephone assessment.
I was feeling very isolated and helpless. I felt like I had failed my daughter and Mum guilt was eating away at me and as I have several chronic mental health conditions, the stress was plummeting me into a spiral.
After reaching out and talking to David about what had happened I instantly felt reassured and supported. I learned that I didn’t fully understand the nuances and legal PIP framework, very few people do.
When David read my daughter’s written assessment report from the DWP, he explained that my daughter’s telephone assessment was poor and did not meet the required standards or adequately investigate report or understand my daughter’s health conditions.
David helped me understand the ins and outs of using the PIP Help CIC service and explained that because he felt my daughters case was strong,
we could potentially be paying a large fee for little more than general assistance in completing an appeal form. However, I insisted that I understood that and was in agreement with the potential cost as I desperately needed to feel like I wasn’t alone dealing with it as I wasn’t coping. I was going into a panic ruminating about the possibility my daughter could forever lose her disability support as PIP “gatekeeps” so much more than a monthly financial award.
I signed a contract with PIP Help CIC and David assigned me to a case worker, a lovely lady called Julie who was amazing. Both Julie and David made me feel so at ease. I was able to contact them with any worries or questions through the waiting process. They were kind, reassuring and compassionate to my situation.
Julie did an amazing job at explaining the appeals process to me. She broke down the possibilities and avenues it may go down and explained how she would approach the case by cross referencing all of my daughters medical notes and diagnoses with the outcomes of the DWP decisions and assessment reports.
It was a nervous wait for the statutory initial response. Julie was hoping the DWP would overturn their decision as they often review the whole case when an appeal is initially submitted than otherwise committing to a costly tribunal.
To my absolute delight 6 weeks on and to my HUGE relief this week I received a call to tell me that the DWP had taken another look at everything and I was told “they could find no evidence to suggest my daughters conditions had at all improved” and that “her award should not have been withdrawn and that it would be immediately reinstated at the same level, with back pay”.
I cannot even express the relief and gratitude to David and Julie for the guidance support and lending me an ear to my constant fretting!!
As I explained, they did little more than complete the appeals form BUT I absolutely have no doubt in my mind that having PIP Help CIC on that appeals form got the attention of the DWP because of their excellent reputation. Julie explained this often holds a lot of weight with the DWP. The pastoral care for me was also invaluable.
Had I not taken this forward with PIP Help CIC I know I would have been facing a year long battle and potentially have to face a tribunal.
I’m still thanking my lucky stars this week that this whole ordeal is over. THANK YOU x
