This is a Trustworthy Company.
I hadn't ordered from Pipes and Cigars for quite some time, and my most recent order, through my inattention, was shipped to my previous address. When I inquired as to why the tracking said that the order was delivered I learned of my mistake. This reputable company is reshipping my order, with accelerated shipping at No Cost to Me.
There isn't much more that a company can do to help the customer. 5 plus stars

Update your staff on customer Service comes first!!!
The service was as expected and when the pound of Sutliff vanilla custard arrived, it was good. It was fresh when I got down to the next pipe full it was old meaning that whoever filled the order placed  the old stuff in the bottom and put like 2 ounces of the fresh on the top.  I have been ordering from Pipes at Cigars for a long time, and this is about the second time, the people who package this order doesn’t care about Customer Service obviously.

I ordered an 8oz bag of pipe tobacco
I ordered an 8oz bag of pipe tobacco, when I received the package I opened it to find a single cigar in the box and no pipe tobacco! I have attempted to call them 4 times, after being on hold for over 40 min each time, I gave up, I filled out their online "Contact us" form and have received no response! Very poor customer service!

Customer Service is non existent. Called several times for a return label and still nothing. Last call they actually said try back in a couple of weeks. I'm stuck with a useless humidor drawer and no way to get a refund. There are other companies and I'd suggest you use the other companies.

Long wait times for customer service.
They really need to hire more customer services representatives. I was on hold waiting for someone to help me twice this morning for excessively long wait times. Ridiculous. Good way to not get new customers.
