First understand that they have a low success rate. No data or facts to prove it. The matchmakers only sweet talk to you during the intake session. But they severely lack the comprenhension and listening skills. Despite explaining your needs, they somehow manage to dissapoint you big time due to their lack of communication, providing 1 incompatible match who doesn't meet your deal-breakers or criteria. The frustrating part is that whichever matchmaker your assigned to, they don't listen. They do not put much effort or priority in your case even if you pay for the premium or signature package. They then say and make up the excuse that you must be continuing their service for a 6 months to a year in order to see desirable results. In other words, they just want your money and give the illusion that you'll get what you want. In reality, you won't get responsive emails or matches as they do not work hard consistently and don't put in the leg work/carefully vetting. Just as dissapointing and a waste of time and money as Muzz and Salams. Save yourself the trouble.

Worst, fake muslim matchmaking service agency. They have false advertising on their website. I only got 1 butt ugly match that didn't meet my criteria. Suzy was my matchmaker as she took forever to reply and was a poor listener. Even workers at McDonald's had better listening skills and professional service than her. She eventually admitted that barely have anyone in their database. So I basically paid $200 to lying, misleading, lazy matchmaker who didn't put any leg work or vetting into matches. Save yourself the trouble from here.
