Pioneering People Anmeldelser

So efficient! Secured a great role with a wonderful company in less than three hours. Highly recommend.

Running a hospitality business has never been and will never be easy. Having said that - this website has reduced our biggest worry which is - staffing. If somebody calls in sick, is on leave etc... I can rely on this website to find somebody suitable for me

We used Pioneering People to get someone to help with one of our events. George was super friendly, helped with everything, and made our lives a million times easier. The platform was straightforward to use and they found someone for us with short notice too!

I joined PP after being made redundant and it’s been a great way to earn money quickly while still having the flexibility to apply for jobs. The people I’ve met during shifts have been incredibly friendly, and the events are always well-organized.

I've partaken in multiple activities with them at this point, is really useful in finding opportunities for part time jobs in multiple industry sectors.

The platform is amazing if you are an international student looking for some work experience and extra cash. My visa only allows me 20 hours of work during the week and I could not find any jobs that would fit my schedule. Pioneering people works perfectly for me cause I can choose when and how much to work. I got paid within 24 hours and the application process is very smooth (you don’t have to go through interviews :)) )

Very co-operative and helpful. I have got amazing experience. Highly recommended

I had the opportunity to work with Pioneering People, a dynamic platform that connects workers to temporary jobs while ensuring they are compensated fairly, above the London Living Wage. The company’s mission of cutting out traditional recruitment agencies to reduce costs for businesses while maintaining a focus on worker welfare is something I found both innovative and admirable.

During my time there, I experienced firsthand how dedicated the team is to fostering a more equitable job market. They constantly strive to match workers with opportunities that suit their skills and schedules, providing flexible working arrangements and a transparent payment system. The company’s approach helps both job seekers and businesses by simplifying the recruitment process and removing unnecessary intermediaries.

Working in such a forward-thinking and socially responsible environment was truly rewarding. I would recommend Pioneering People to anyone seeking an organization that values fairness, innovation, and the well-being of its employees.

Straightforward registration on the platform and easy to apply for positions.

I found a job role that suited me and I was matched very quickly. Everything was very smooth and I was paid promptly. I would highly recommend.
