Worst therapist, looting money
Disappointed with Pinnacle Autism Therapy – Jagadamba. The center is poorly managed with inconsistent therapy sessions and very little communication with parents. One of the therapists, [Therapist's Name], was particularly unprofessional and unhelpful, which affected our child’s progress. Not recommended for families looking for reliable, child-focused care.

Daily therapies and their efforts are…
Daily therapies and their efforts are good, but group therapies are not good (they need some more persons to help or cooperate for them) they can't concentrate to all kids equally. Every kid is important and concentrate equally. What we observe is, between therapists and admins there is a lot of lacking of cooperation, especially on group therapy days (Dated on 07/12/2024 and 21/12/2024) on 27/12/2024 we had spoken with admins, they communicate with us open heartedly and they have taken care. This is from Anantapur branch.

So far so good
Hi,
My son Aayush has been coming to Pinnacle from October of this year for behavioral issues. It’s been a month and we are seeing improvements every day. The therapy at Pinnacle unlike other places is from Mondays through Saturdays. This I feel is pretty beneficial for kids who are hyperactive as the sessions help them get calmer soon.
My son has a long way to go but my family has faith in Pinnacle for his full recovery.

6th May 2024 – You have joined in Pinnacle for Occupational Therapy
###As you have said above that our kid has joined on 6th May but that’s not true ..our kid has joined on 2nd of May. You can check in the centre cameras and also the fees receipt
that we have paid on which day.
22nd July 2024 – Pinnacle National Care Center engagged corresponding center administration staff in the same call of yours where the staff and you agreed to meet in-person during the therapy session of same day.
On the same day, as agreed.. administration manager and therapist met with you, provided the needed clarity / response for your queries.
###In this point, we asked for a meet up with the management not the admin and also on this day in the centre, the therapist is not there and she ran out from centre hurrily when we r speaking with the admin along with the other therapists.
You have mentioned in the other point that we have asked the therapist in out of business hours but our session is at 6in the evening ..so after the session ., while going home I asked bcz there r compensations to be covered by her… we have to ask them after the session only..we need to beg them and wait for the response and also the time which they provide not us in the app which your management is provided and we r not supposed to book any compensation or anything in the App provided.
23rd July 2024 – Center admin manager, Therapist, You have met together to discuss about the same all of this conversation is under camera as per the terms of service of Pinnacle entire premise is under CCTV Survillance for safety, security of kids, parents, families and staff members.
###In this point you have mentioned that in the meeting there is a therapist also but the therapist is not at all there at first and here r many concerns to tell you reg the manager or senior therapist named(jayachandra) we don’t know him since that day that he is the senior most and handling the therapists over there ..the therapist is not at all willing to come thre and after sometime he called her ..then only she came and she said that we have to stop to speak and we r speaking in the arogant and she said” is this the way you r speaking with me..what your speaking..pls stop then nly I speak” we asked her for the experience how much she has in a pleasent way but she regret to tell as she is not supposed to tell us…ok these all apart
The therapist jayachandra said that he asked with the other parents and taken the feedback from other parents also that that they r very happy with the therapies…but we hav asked 2of the parents over there infront of him.and also the centre admin
.No parent is happy with your management or therapies and also the compensation In the App..they said.
The main point I need to tell you that We are not supposed to share any reviews or use app in the centre that’s why we didn’t give any review or anything…see ..anyone will wait for the good things may happen we also did the same but no response that’s why we came to you like this .
Finally..reg my kid..As a parent I didn’t see any improvement in my kid so these 21/2months r waste of my money for me not for you all..we r bothered and worried not you guys…so I need a refund of these months or compensation therapies for these months

70 days of service with every single detail on file recorded and shared with parent every single day - Not a single concern till DAY BEFORE - Single day personal discussions between therapist and parent lead to call compliant from the parent, Pinnacle spent 200+ minutes in-person, on-call with the parent about these personal conversations.
We have had to reply to your 1* review that is all we did.
This is the 2nd 1 * review that you have dropped since yesterday.
This is after you have had detailed conversation with the therapists and administration managers in length on camera.
Per your words "Therapist Ran Away" : Therapist a women who was afraid of her safety and provided a written complaint about her safety, We have had to pursuade her to be in the meeting with you next day as your prime compliant was her tone of response and even after meeting with the manager you said you were not satisfied with the response and hence we have had to organize an exclusive discussion of therapist, admin managers and therapist.. Where her frighten was clear and she was shaken.
Being Innovated, Built, Lead by Mothers for Kids, Parents, Families, Here are further more information.
1. Service start message is always sent on your registered whatsapp on the day of service creation, the same is maintained by whatsapp for audit logging and re-verification later. Please do check the same for the date of service start.
2. Every call to Pinnacle National Care Center are recorded for audit logging, training and quality purposes. Administration Managers of the center and therapists of the center were to meet you and the same has had happened.
3. You have called Pinnacle again after your meeting by that time it was after the business hours, hence you were informed that the subject would be taken up first hour morning.
4. We have had to organize the meet as mentioned above and you have had your conversations taken up as you wished.
5. After the meeting Pinnacle Officer from National Care Center called you and spoken to you over recorded line, Where.. You mentioned you wanted to see the responses for couple of days.
Only question we ask is : in near 70 days time, with every day therapy conducted in your presence, homework details provided straight to your whatsapp every single day, explained you in-person every single day, why didn't you raise even a single question / concern about the improvement ?
We have your kid's EIP on file as a record sent to you as well over your registered whatsapp number as mentioned before.
We have your kid's therapy goals on file as a record sent to you as well over your registered whatsapp number as mentioned before.
We have every single day therapy provided to your kid on file as a record sent to you as well over your registered whatsapp number as mentioned before.. With the provision to provide your satisfaction of every single day therapy along with your ability to ask any question or raise concern.
Not a single thing on file otherwise from you as mentioned
Indeed, Pinnacle called you over your registered number seeking your feedback of service over a recorded line even in that too there is certainly nothing you have raised / communicated.
Personal discussion between therapist and you lead to raising complaint stating therapist tone of response is not good DAY - BEFORE - YESTERDAY.
By far Pinnacle has spoken to you more than 200 minutes either over phones, in-person and made you to meet series of people concerned.. Just over your call complaint.
