I was given a chance to try my machine ( Moxie) and given advice before I decided to purchase it. It was delivered before the estimated date. My Mum and I were made to feel very welcome when we went to the showroom and it felt as though nothing was too much trouble.
There is also a workshop included in the price of the machine and frame ( which is very well made, incidentally). There is also an excellent app to assist the building of the frame and set up of the machine.
I felt that the service was efficient and the advice and support bespoke.

I attended a foundation workshop as I have recently purchased a long arm machine from Pinhole Quilting. The owners are approachable, knowledgeable and enthusiastic tutors and they take time to ensure that you are not leaving daunted or phased by anything that has been covered during the workshop. Their premises are filled with all things long arm - a quilters paradise!

Really straight forward and easy to deal with. It was a big purchase decision and I live a long way from Pinhole's showroom so the team jump on a Zoom call and showed me the machines. There was no pressure to buy and they helped me understand what machine best met my needs. They were really upfront about the pros and cons of each machine and the additional items that would make the biggest difference to my quilt finish

From my first contact with Liz and Pete they were very professional, purchased my machine in April 2021 and initial training on Zoom due to Covid. Excellent classes whether inhouse training or by a visiting tutor, venue is great, one person per machine and any queries answered. They carry a wide range of products and delivery is very quick, they keep people informed via email and Facebook live with demonstrations. I would highly recommend anybody thinking of purchasing a longarm to contact them. I am certainly pleased I did.

The after care is second to none, any problems are solved by a phone call immediately with a follow up call to check everything is still ok.

I felt looked after from the moment I set foot in the Pinhole Quilting premises. Nothing was too much trouble and I eventually chose a Sweet Sixteen sit down long arm machine. Liz came to install it and took me through the basics of the machine very patiently and thoroughly. This was quickly followed by a tutorial workshop and since then I have had occasion to ring with a couple of queries. I have found Liz and Pete to be extremely friendly and helpful and obviously very dedicated to their job, to their machines and to the highest level of customer satisfaction.

A truly ‘Customer Focused’ business. The owners, Liz and Pete Holpin, not only sell exceptional quilting machines, they also provide initial training to get the best use out of them no matter if you are a hobbyist or running a business. However, what is very unique is their ability to really know their clients by name and to offer ongoing support and mentoring.

The staff at Pinhole Quilting go beyond the extra mile to help and guide the customer. I cannot recommend them enough. As a new user I was always on the phone asking questions and they helped me enormously. Customer care is superb and I wish other companies were that good. They really do understand the products they promote.

This is a great company to work with as a customer. they are very knowledgeable and do all they can to help one out. The showroom has to be seen as it has everything one would want to see and try in one large room. Well worth a visit if you are interested in a long arm machine. No pressure to buy either just lots of helpful information and time to try thing out.
