The customer service has been second to none. Amazing communication from start to finish despite some challenging requests we put to Kate a number of times.
We were left amazed with our experience of Japan and the incredible itinerary Kate and the team put together for us.
The ground team kept in contact most days espeically during an impending typhoon heading towards Tokyo. This put us at ease and made us feel supported during a challenging period of our holiday.
The arranged transfers were very slick; even providing us with the drivers name and the registration number of his vehicle.
The personal drivers/guides were amazing. We simply sat back in our private limo and got transported around Japan by extremely knowledgeable local guides. Masa was amazing, so friendly and personable. We got on so well he joined us for lunch and stayed way beyond the end of his shift.

I was planning a South Africa Safari and PINCH Travel were nothing less than the best. Although I was pretty sure what I wanted in terms of the trip, PINCH were able to add in some extra special touches that made the trip perfect. We used PINCH to book our fly-drive trip across the USA.
We had an idea of what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go, but it was Del’s knowledge and insight that created the itinerary.
He booked our flights, hotels and car hire as well as guiding us on how long we needed at each stop.
