I am really enjoying this pillow
I am really enjoying this pillow. I have struggled with pillows over the last few years and was looking for the perfect therapeutic pillow that was super comfortable and this one has exceeded my expectations. I am in the process of healing a neck/shoulder strain and this pillow has played a big part in my recovery. Thank you for designing this pillow !

I’m very happy with the pillow, although I wasn’t expecting to pay an additional $121.00 for import duty.
My only complaint would be that you supplied me with the wrong pillow case cover. The one you sent me is too small for the pillow I received.

Great pillows, not great customer sevice
Great pillows, bad customer service. These pillows are great with people with cervical instability. I was interested in trying the other material but I know from calling several times and leaving messages- you can’t get a hold of anyone. It’s a great product, I just truly wish they had better customer service, especially for people who have places multiple orders.

Had to wait two months to get the large size in stock. Worth the wait. My pain management doctor recommended this pillow….she ordered one as well. The latex foam is great. Soft but supports the neck and head.

I love this pillow and I've had many for my cranky neck. The silk pillowcase is very nice as well. I especially like that there is an additional insert for the center of the pillow to raise your head up. I use it when I'm reading.

Didn’t work for me at all
I used the pillow as instructed and woke up an hour and fourth five minutes into my sleep with stabbing pain that lasted the whole next day. I had to miss work the pain was so bad.
