Eshan was extremely helpful with helping set up my server. I was struggling to connect my saved world to the new server but he got it done very quickly and even helped me modify a few settings I wanted. Unfortunately I lost some save progress but we worked together to find a semi work around so not the end of the world. Definitely recommend PiglinHost!

I've used a lot of different hosting services for various games such as Ark, 7 Days to Die, Pal World, etc. and Piglinhost is by far the best service I've received. Their servers run smoothly without any issues, the pricing is very competitive, and the customer support is 2nd to none!

fast service, better hosting, tried multiple hosting agents and they had poor customer service except Piglinhost. Highly recommended and you are not going to regret it.

Had a couple issues to start with, however customer service was incredible, helped resolve the issues quickly, and helped with setting up the server, 100% recommend them.

I started using PiglinHost a week ago and along the way I've had some issues installing the modpacks I wanted to play with my friends, but this was completely nullified by the superb costumer support they have. The staff responded to my support tickets in less than 10 minutes and the communication was super amicable. I can tell that the staff goes the extra mile to make sure you get your money's worth.

Bought a minecraft server for modded minecraft. Super easy to set up and we were up and running with little hassle. Best of all though is customer support - I've never had any customer support as good as Eshan!

Honestly these people have been the greatest! This minecraft hosting website is honestly a GODSEND! I went through so many services, including Host Havoc, Hostinger & Minehut with zero success and this is the only one that actually can handle more than 3 people online daily. I bought the Emerald plan and went for PaperMC 1.20.1 and I even got a free GB of RAM on top of that!!! I have full control of my console, world and anything that is linked with a server. The customer support is amazing and they are so friendly and actually solve problems (if you even have any to begin with)!

HIGHLY recommend this host for hosting minecraft servers. Mind you, my server has an active player base of 10 people, and everyone doing everything and anywhere in the server and no crashes, lagspikes or anything has occurred!

The servers are of course fantastic, but the support really sets it apart. You have almost zero wait time and a super personalised experience, you can tell they actually care. Piglinhost over any other.

Quite literally the best experience I’ve ever had with a company, the server is super stable and me and the friends I played with never experienced any issues at all with it.
We wanted to add some more mods to what we already had and all I had to do was ask support and tell them what I wanted to add and they did the rest! It was magic to me, they are so nice and friendly and super knowledgeable if you ever need help with anything!

I’ve hosted my own server but couldn’t find the resources to manage and maintain it so I sought out for a hosting company. And I am nothing but impressed.

Support is extremely helpful, I have never and most likely will never have a ticket go past a week in idle. The responses are same day, sometimes even same hour.

Support hours have such a wide range in availability, it would be hard to actually miss a time they aren’t available. Not to mention how responsive, respectful, helpful, and understanding these guys are.

The discord is shows their personality and these guys are so so so kind and caring. They want to help your experience be the best it can be.

I originally had emailed them a list of information in terms of what I’m looking for, they answered the same day with tons of useful information and recommendations. Then I bought their service, they answered the same day and got my server setup the next day. Within 1 day of purchasing my server it was usable with no issues.

Every ticket, every question, and every concern, was answered by the support team or their helpful knowledge base.

If you have to pick any hosting service, pick these guys. I guarantee you will not be disappointed whatsoever
