They take your money quick. Problem is they will not answer emails, it's been past time for the item to arrive and now their website has no record of my order. Run Away, Runaway NOW!!!!! Do not give your hard earned money to these people !!!

Ordered it 11/26, it's 12/18 and no order and they never sent me an email. DO NOT BUY THIS

I can not believe i couldn’t find any reviews on this company before purchasing! Once purchased these came up! Don’t spend your money on them! I spend over $80 on gifts, never received them or have been able to get in contact with then! Stay away!

THIEVES!! My item did arrive but the quality is POOR! The picture was not engraved but and I could barely see it. At first I thought they sent me a plain heart but no if I looked really close the picture was there. I contacted them and they never answered me. They should not be in business.

Placed an order about 3 months ago, and still haven't received the item, or any type of email about the order. I email them constantly and I only get a response back once every 2 to 3 weeks. They continue to state they will refund me but it hasn't happened. I lost out on $100. Never again will I order from them. Bunch of frauds..... So mad right now.

Placed an online order, webpage said 5-10 days shopping time, confirmation said 3 proceeding days, up to 10 shipping days. They stated they would send a shipping notification and tracking info once shipped. Contacted them after I hadn't received anything, they told me to be patient it was delayed from the holidays. I cancelled the order because there was no way it would arrive in time. I cancelled the order everytime they told me to be patient and I would love it when it actually arrived. They shipped it without sending a shipping notification, and then once it arrived said they couldn't refund me because it had already arrived. They are con artists and scammers!

I don't even want to give them a 1!!!!! Would be very interested as to how I can get my money back and lay a complaint. They should not be allowed to advertise!!!!!!

Ordered 12/16...supposedly shipped 12/24...it's 2/1 and no necklace. They have MULITPLE email addresses (all gmail accounts) on their site and NO phone number ANYWHERE! I'm beyond angry and disgusted and have filed a formal complaint to my AG's office.

Order a necklace at the beginning of the month. A month later got it. Very poor quality. Looks like something that should be in a mall vending machine for $5. Necklace looks nothing like picture I sent.

After contacting them 5 times and being lied to, i tried to turn them into the BBB but since their from China it had to go through the International investigation to which the BBB will put you directly in touch with. If we all turn thwm in we can shut them down and get our money back

This has to be a scam I ordered mine December 11 I have tried to get a hold of them to see where my order is I get an email back to him almost 3 weeks after I place the order when the order was only supposed to take two days +5 to 7 business days for shipping I finally get a response back from them saying my order was broken and now I have to wait 5 to 7 more business days and they keep sending me stuff him saying I need to wait longer for logistics or quality control her or whatever and even when I asked for my money back they didn't evening knowledge that they said they're still waiting on a tracking number for me well that was a week ago ! Is there anything I can do? I paid with the prepaid credit card and the payment went through I called the credit card company already

I'm in the same boat as everyone else. I ordered this this beginning of December emailed multiple times and heard nothing. I had this made in memory of my best friend that just passed. I probably emailed them 6-7 times. Heard back 1 time and barely any info was given back to me. After 23 days I said screw it obviously I'm not gonna be getting it. Had to change account info and asked for money back. Today, I receive an email saying that the necklace is on its way followed with I should check my spam folder for their reply and also tracking info. Looks as if it will be in tomorrow or the day after. Now I'm anxious to see if it actually does come bc I thought this whole thing was a scam ...... I guess we will see! Taken over a month!!!! If it does come then they are just one sad pathetic business if not then it's obviously a scam!

I read all the reviews on this page and haven't seen one good one yet.. I ordered 2 picture necklaces from this place on dec 10th for a "death memory" gift for Christmas.. still have not received anything and can't get a response .. I filed a dispute with PayPal today and they have 10 days to either respond to me or I receive my merchandise or they will pull the money from their account and reimburse me

I'm sick to my stomach that people either run a business like this or have a fake website to rob people!

Worst experience of my life with these people. Such jerks I ordered a necklace I memory of my best friend that passed away and never got it. Sent multiple emails. Tomorrow going to the bank to try an get my money back. What a joke. I can't stand people like this I would have said worse bc I'm that mad but if you type anything bad you can't post. So whatever. picturenecklace.com is a scam & robbed me of my money! You cannot even contact them because they do not have a way to reach a customer service rep! Thank goodness I used Paypal which I was forced to file a claim against in order to get my money back! I purchased & paid on Dec. 5th which was for a Christmas gift, needless to say, they never even shipped it & ruined the holidays for me! This gift was for someone who visits once a year from over 2500ml away! Damn you picturenecklace.com

Tried to contact them more than once, never received reply. Filing a dispute with the credit card company.

I ordered a necklace weeks before Christmas and was guaranteed Christmas delivery. Have not heard anything from customer service and will definitely not get my gift on time. Hundreds of other people have the same complaint on the company's Facebook page. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You will not get your order and it's impossible to contact anyone so I can't get a refund.
