Easy ordering process

I ordered 5 frames with different matte requirements. 3 were wrong and did not match the order specifications.

The web-page was user friendly and there was a great diversity of metal and wooden frame choses.

Everything was meh. I placed my very first order, and before I got it, I got pressing "last call" mails to order more.

Then, hurray, I got an email that the order was shipped. It was not. All they did was print a shipping label with UPS. Why lie to a customer.

Then, they asked me how they did. On Aug 18. I received the order today, Aug 27. How could one possibly rate a delivery a week before its arrival.

The delivered product is the worst craftsmanship I have seen in a long time. I would not order here again.

So great to be able to see what it looks like in each frame style! Love the pricing, service and fast shipping!

easy instructions, good options, fast delivery, extremely competitive pricing

I have not received information on shipping per my recent order. Please advise ... thanks, Peter Almerico

I order a lot of frames from them. Having shipped many of my pieces of art through UPS. I know that accidents happen. I had one frame that came broke. Sent an email to them. Got an email next day and new frame shipped immediately. I’ve never had to worry about them taking care of me. They’ve done a super job with their product and customer service.

You guys did a great job printing and framing our picture. You included the hardware which, in our estimation, was: "going the extra yard."
The delivery time was a bit slow but the picture was well wrapped and arrived in great shape.
Thank you for a job very well done.

It was easy to accomplish.

I had questions about the custom size that would be appropriate and received answers and suggestions quickly. The frames are beautiful. I have already ordered another size. Thank you

I love my floating frames especially from Picture frame. I am asked at every show where I get my frames. Please review my history and see if you can give me a special or something. I have to place another order and I am a poor artist. Thanks

My frame fit perfectly and the painting looks really good in it.

Ordering was easy with lots of choices - but not too many. Looking forward to receiving the product.

Frames are fine but if you order multiple the brackets come installed at different heights, meaning if you plan on hanging them beside each other you're going to have to some math or re install the hardware yourself. Very annoying for a 300 dollar product

Easy to order. (Website is user-friendly.)
Dependable service. Well-packaged products.

I did need assistance with the depth of frame to be flush with the painting that was 3/4” depth. Cheri (?) from Canada assisted me and assured me that my painting w/frame would match a previous ly purchased frame. I haven’t received the frame yet but I trust her knowledge.
I do wish Picture Frames would stamp the back with the # of the frame for the consumer.
Thanks

I’ve ordered twice frames complete with the photos and they did a lovely job., when was a poor quality picture OF a a picture .. an old Olan mills photograph of myself and 2 sibs as children which I had been years lost and of great sentimental value, blown up quite large and framed. They did an excellent job, keeping the quality of the picture as good as it could possibly be. My mom cried. And it was good.
