The frame exceeded my expectation - looks great! The initial delivery date was in mid-August but it arrived much sooner than that. The frame was packaged securely and very professional.

Fixed My BooBoo, Thank you Thank you!
I received the beautiful, well constructed frame in no time and realized that I made a mistake in measuring my canvas. I was two inches off! Pictureframes refunded my payment for the frame and I ordered another one as a replacement. No fuss, great service, truly appreciated, especially since it was my mistake. They have a customer for life.

Incredibly slow fulfillment
Incredibly slow fulfillment. The product is fine, but the whole process took weeks, should have taken days. You didn't even process my order until a week after I placed it, then I got a steady series of "shipment delayed" messages.
