I placed an order with Bolden in August which was apparently dispatched the next day, together with a Royal Mail tracking number. Their records show that it hasn’t been received and all my messages to Bolden have been ignored. This was a gift so I am currently out of pocket, do not have my order and still need to buy a gift.
I contacted Grays Picture Framing, in Sunderland; whom I've visited previously; to enquire if they could cut a print to fit a frame, whilst I waited.
This would take moments.
But it's too small a job and Customer Service is a distant memory.
If you're not spending alot, no one is interested anymore.
Every excuse given to me but the real one.
I will not be visiting this shop again.
Outstanding service with great care, experience and expertise. They really go the extra mile and I am so pleased with the result. Highly recommend!
The product and the service are top class . After receiving my first frame I immediately ordered a second one. I will certainly be using them again.
I was a little nervous about ordering something that clearly couldn't be returned if I just didn't like it, but following the website's instructions regarding measuring led to a brilliant result. The colours were just as pictured on the site, the finish was to a really high standard and the packaging was perfect. Staff were really helpful when I had an issue with re/delivery as well. The only slight drawback was that the acrylic (rather than glass) was particularly prone to scratching - cut your nails before handling! - but the marks weren't noticeable once the picture was inside. I would absolutely use this service again and recommend it to anyone seeking a custom-made frame for their artwork.
I paint now and again and used the framing service for the first time. The quality was superb and delivery was very fast.

Order 3 frames, all arrived as advsied and are very nice frames. HOWEVER.. one of the frames was the incorrect size and after tryiong to contact them by phone (no answer) they advsied to email - to which they 'aim to reply within one working hour'. 10 days later.. nothing. Emailed again.. that was a week ago and still nothing. Still no answer on the phone today. To add insult to injury, they sent me a sales email today asking how my picture frames look?!!! Bl**dy awful considering i can't use one of them! Re order number 1611358824
Ordered a picture frame was easy. Put in sizes and picked colour. All turned up 3 days later as specified. Looks good and worth the money. Would recommend .
Well the frame arrived promptly and was well packaged, surviving delivery with no damage. The frame itself seems sturdy enough and it was easy to securely install the picture. I'm very pleased all round.
