My books turned out great. I do find the editing a bit fiddly though. I wish there was a way of deleting individual pages as I didn't need 40 pages so I have lots of blanks at the end of the book.... Se mere

I've made about 30 orders through Picsme now and never had a problem, Print quality is top on canvases and there mugs. Customer support is really good always reply the same day and will go out there w... Se mere

Really good coverage of the mug. I did get some from another picture mug company last year and the colour was a bit richer but these are still excellent especially for the black and white prints. Hope... Se mere

This is not good enough from us (Picsme). We cant find your email, but that does not change the fact you could not get hold of us.

A company that truly cares about its customers

I recently ordered a photobook from PicsMe and, to be honest, the first one I received wasn’t very good. However, I was really impressed with how their customer service handled the situation. They responded quickly, were understanding, and sent me a replacement without any hassle.
The new photobook turned out absolutely amazing – the print quality was beautiful, the colours were clear and vibrant, and the overall finish felt really high quality.
Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company fixes them that really matters, and PicsMe definitely got it right. I’m so happy with the final result and would happily order from them again!

Excellent Customer service

I ordered a photobook my first dealings with Pics Me,
The price was good, delivery and quality also, There was a slight problem with two of the photo's so I messaged , the reply was prompt, understanding and sorted within the hour. Ben Parkinson did what customer service are supposed to do, he looked after the customer. I look forward to dealing with them again. Thank you

Very poor service and quality

Very poor service, the quality of the images is pretty bad, I sent hi-quality and hi-res images and the final results turned out lacking sharpness, with some unwanted white borders showing up. It looks cheap. I would not use it if you care for good photography.

Hi Arthur, I apologies this has happened. The white boarders are on the designs you approved. Sometimes this happens in the editor if the images uploaded are not snapped right to the end.
The Printing quality is clearly our fault. But either way we will refund or reprint correctly. Just get in touch and it will be sorted.

We print using latest printing technology, so we have no excuses for the print not looking as it should.

I cannot fault these books

I cannot fault these books, they are great quality and fantastic value too. The delivery time is quick. I have bought them several times and will be ordering more in the future.

both times i have ordered they have shipped the parcel out late and then this means my parcel arrives late !!

Ben in the customer service team was very helpful when I had queries in regards to completing my order. Very satisfied with the attention to detail and quick responses to questions. Would use again.
