Unable to cancel my charges while still under the trial period. Jumped on a lifetime access opportunity ($500), but the platform does not fit my needs as a seasoned newborn photographer and lacked support. Attempted to cancel/refund within 24 hours of the trial period. Company has not responded to the initial request or multiple follow-up messages. Currently disputing the charge with my bank. 15 years of business and I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in this industry. I would highly recommend Honeybook for CRM or Pixieset for an All-in-one CRM with galleries.

Picsello has transformed the way I run my photography business. The all-in-one platform simplifies every aspect of my workflow, from booking and scheduling to client galleries and invoicing. I much prefer to be behind the camera than in front of a computer screen, and since Picsello tools are so easy to set up and put to use I can focus working on my business instead of in my business. I can't recommend Picsello enough for professional photographers!

I wish Picsello had been around when I first started my photography business in 2004! Having everything you need for your business in one place is much more efficient and organized.
The feature I love the most is the Smart Pricing Calculator! Again, if I'd had this back in 2004 my business would have started much differently. It helps you figure out how many hours or jobs you'll need to work to achieve your goals - whatever they are.
Also having digital pricing and print credits separated so you can make money on all of your work is amazing. Too many of us undervalue ourselves and each of these features helps to remind you to charge for your work accordingly.

Awesome tool for photographers who are new to the business or have a very straightforward workflow process. It was missing some key functionality that I needed to customize according to my complex workflow, but this is a really good all-in-one tool otherwise!

I've been using Picsello for over 6 months now and it has been such a game changer in my business. My clients love the easy booking and the galleries - they even order more digital images and products than they did before so I'm making more money per client! It's so easy to use on my phone or iPad .... I only use my desktop to upload images! I can run my business wherever I am. I also love their business coaching and customer support. I don't feel so overwhelmed anymore.

My clients love the ease of use with Picsello. They have streamlined and simplified the booking process that allows clients to book, sign their contract and pay in a matter of minutes. As a busy professional I love the time savers such as automated booking, email reminders and having a public profile with all the basic info prospective clients need and want. Client galleries are quick and easy to set up, including options for separate albums within the gallery for big events such as weddings. I also love that clients can order prints and products directly from a professional print lab by making their selections in gallery and checking out without extra intervention from me. The customer service from the Picsello team is also top notch! They are quick to respond and will keep you up to date on any resolutions. Picsello is also cost effective with so much to offer outside of the client experience such as blog posts, how to’s and a business mastermind course.
