Superb products and great customer service. The little wax melts which I bought smell lovely and I cant wait to try them all. I would like to give special mention to their customer service as well which was second to none. I sincerely hope your company goes from strength to strength.

Pic n melt is my families go to for wax melts, the staff are really friendly and helpful, the scents are incredible and great quality, the knowledge is amazing and they are always amazing with my son, giving him tokens for there sweet claw machine and even extras when he didn't win anything stating and I quote "everyone leaves here a winner from our claw machine" I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else at this point. visiting the store is always recommended but also very easy to spend a small fortune with how incredible the scents all are so be prepared to leverage your car or home lol.

As an avid fan of candles and wax melts, pick & melt is by far the best I’ve found. You just know that whatever you buy will be the best quality, highly scented and made with love. The inspired by scents always smell identical (my go to being “shake your bum bum”).
Lastly, you can guarantee being greeted with a warm smile and a friendly chat when you visit.

I visited PICK n MELT in Eastleigh last week and had the pleasure of being helped by Helen — and honestly, she’s adorable. So friendly, warm, and knowledgeable.

She took the time to explain everything I needed to know about working with my candles, asked thoughtful questions, and really understood what I was looking for. You can tell she’s genuinely passionate about what she does, and it makes the whole experience feel personal and special.

I bought the Passion Fruit and Cherry melts — both are incredible. The scents are strong, vibrant, and exactly what I hoped for.

Helen made it all so easy and enjoyable. I left with amazing products and a big smile on my face.

I met this lovely lady at palmerston Road Market. I have heard about the business a few years before but never got round to trying until yesterday and I'm absolutely over the moon with my burner and melts they are so strong and the selection is amazing too. I can't remember the owners name but she was very helpful and I was talking with her for a good 15 minutes about where her business started etc. Price is also reasonable considering its handmade. My only regret is that I didn't buy more at the time!

I just love this shop, staff are so helpful and friendly. I have bought lots of different fragrances in the melts and hoover discs , the smell last a long time better than some of the well known brands

Got their chocolate orange fragrance oil and I cannot find compliment good enough to describe it. It's the single best fragrance oil for my humidifier. It smells like heaven and their scent and product range is insane. They're massively affordable considering their effort and I mean where else would you find as unique store as that one? I only regret not finding them sooner.

The staff are super friendly and will assist you in all of your beautiful smelly needs. They have a wide array of wax burners and a wide variety of different smells for men and women. Not to mention their handcrafted oils, soaps, bath bombs and more. I highly recommend you give this shop a chance as it has so much character. So go on down and buy a wax melt and burner today!

I love this place. My son (6yo) loves picking his bath bombs from the pick and mix - 20 little ones for £5! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The wax melts are so powerful! I've tried 2. The vapour rub melt is perfect for a sick household, and we currently have a lovely purple one that smells of flowers (I didn't catch the name).

Not only do the products smell delicious the quality is outstanding. And the service is also fantastic .won't be buying from anyone else now . A lovely trusted company .

Lovely people, lovely shop. A huge range of melts, candles, diffuser oils, bath bombs, soaps, scrubs and even fresheners for carpets, hoovers and cars. The shop smells amazing. Lots of testers to help you choose your favourite scents (and there are so many).
