Special thanks to Faizan Hamid at Physiosite for his help and advice in getting my back to myself following a car accident in April. With the help of the physio therapy sessions and the exercises / advice set out by Faizan I have come a long way from where I started. He has always been very polite, talkative and explained everything to me. I have recently referred my partner to Faizan and would highly recommend in the future.

I have struggled for over a year after slipping over. I thought I would have to accept that I would have to live with the pain and part limp. After completing the physio sessions,

I would like to thank the physiotherapy team for all of their help and support following my car accident on 31 March 2026.

When I first started physiotherapy, I was struggling with significant pain and found even simple day-to-day activities difficult. There were days when I didn't want to get out of bed because of the discomfort and the impact my injuries were having on my life.

Over the course of 8 physiotherapy sessions, the team helped me manage my pain, improve my mobility and strengthen my back. The exercises and advice they provided were clear, practical and tailored to my recovery, allowing me to make steady progress each week.

Thanks to the treatment and support I received, I have been able to get back to my normal routine and get my life back on track.

The physiotherapists were professional, friendly and understanding throughout my treatment, and I am very grateful for the care I received. I would highly recommend the service to anyone recovering from an injury.

I have recently had treatment for whiplash injuries from this company
From start to discharge they have been excellent - very friendly, clearly well versed in what they do and resolved my issues without any problems.
They work at weekends to help those who can't make appointments during the week and also provide exercise programmes to aid recovery.
They are very much worth considering if you need help

I had a very good experience with a physio therapist team at grimsby oasis site very highly recommended. The injuries i started with were extremely painful and due to the care I received i can honestly say I am now pain free.
