photomoonlamp Anmeldelser

From beginning to the end, it was an amazing experience.
As soon as I bought the gift, I was contacted by Amy to confirm the selection of photo and ETA.
The Team was kind and attentive, and the keyring is even better than I expected, exactly like the photos had shown.
I'm happy with the purchase and have already recommended it to my friends.

Do not trust this company! The work they do is garbage. Images will not look like the photos they show on the website. Save your money and avoid at all cost. 💲

The lamp is so beautiful and their support is kind and efficient. Will buy again

This company is a rip off please do not order

Really awful quality.. images are so dark you cannot see the photos which supplied were very clear

One of the worst companies I’ve ever used!! DO NOT GO NEAR THEM they are fraudulent! I ordered something from them that I never received. They told me it was delivered when it hadn’t been and I’m still fighting for my money to come back! They are awful DO NOT USE unless you want to be robbed blind!

Didn't receive it. Company put the ownus of me to chase it up with the delivery service. Surely that's their job.

Absolute crap. Wood anniversary frame fell apart straight out of the box.. don’t waste your money.

Took me several months to receive and it never worked properly. Still doesn't. In order to change the color of the light and actually keep it on, I have to keep hitting it until I get lucky and it lights up. Would never purchase again. I kept it because it has a photo of me with my mother on it. She has since passed away. Eventhough it doesn't work 99.9% of the time, it's will remain a keepsake for me.

購買時發生了一些不愉快，
提出問題提後，
商家展現積極聯繫和負責處理的態度，
甚至不計成本補上新品，
讓購買結果非常滿意，
因此給予五星好評，並推薦給大家。

Brought these for my two niece's birthdays. They're absolutely gorgeous.
Will definitely buy from here again!!

I ordered 3 weeks ago ( last week of August) 3 different Moon Lamps with pictures of my children and small text as dedication. I thought it would take minimum 1,5 month until I receive the lamps here in Italy where I live. The surprise whas been great when I got last week a bigger package with the moon lamps. Wow! Beautiful Moon Lamps with the puctures of my children. I am very happy and will order again some lamps as Christmas gifts

I purchased a moon lamp for my partner with a picture of him and his grandson for Father’s Day and a little message on the back. It came out beautiful and my partner absolutely loves it!
Communication was great from photomoonlamp and I would recommend them to anyone 😊

非常好的商品，不論是商品本身或是商家服務都很完美。

Legit and honest about products and shipping time. It was a little smaller then I thought it would be which made the letter engraving on certain names/letters hard to read. But overall happy with the purchase.

It’s a really lovely keepsake for a precious newborn and their parents really love it. Great delivery great service, superb all-round

產品精良，出貨又快速。

Loved it. As described, arrived in a timely manner. Bought for a wedding present and I am sure my friends will love it too.

These photolamps are an absolutely beautiful memory that glows and shows loved ones lots of love.

I ordered this moon lamp for a gift .My friend of 40 yrs husband passed away and wanted to do something nice for her. I love it and know she will too, but, the box was badly damaged in transit and had to be fixed and there was no remote in the box or plug?
