I placed an order back in May of 2025 and it now, August and no product, the customer service sucks, no one ever responds, they sent un updated tracking, and kept giving me the run around saying it was shipped now its was being sent back by the carrier, and that it would not be receiving back, and if I wanted to receive it I would have to repay plus shipping, this is a scam and something should be done about this, they are thieves and they are stealing hard working people's money.

I ordered gloves in early Dec and it is now January 30th and still no gloves. Tracking showed progress through Italy to customs to California and Chicago then nothing. No movement since then. I'm in Ohio. So I emailed and they replied that they would expedite the shipping from there. Tracking still showed no movement so thinking it was lost, I asked for a refund. They email back with a different Tracking site that says it's been delivered. A week ago. I have emailed 16 times about how it's not here and I get replies about checking with neighbors, family, the local Post Office( who said it's not a valid Tracking # BTW) and checking the bushes and weeds around the mailbox to finally saying they are on vacation and won't reply for 7 days.
Please don't waste your money- this company is horrible.

I ordered gloves in NOVEMBER and received them finally in JANUARY. Of course, the size Large gloves I have bought are too small for my husband's hands. I checked their return policy and was still able to return the product as states. I emailed them the problem with the expectation of refunding me. NO...they wanted me to keep said gloves and give me a 4 dollar refund. NO WAY. I paid almost 30 dollars for these gloves and no one can use them. I replied back and their "boss" allowed them to go up to 6 dollars as a good favor. Sorry. Not cutting it. I expressed my disgust and that I would like their business number as I would be reporting the site as a SCAM. They act like a SCAM, they will be treated as such. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. Buy local!

Ordered winter gloves Dec 4. Supposedly shipped from “Italy” & on to US etc etc. it’s now Jan 13 & still no gloves. These people are total scammers! Do not buy from this company. All from China, taking our money!

I ordered their suction cups to hang our christmas wreath on our front door. I ordered it November. On November 4th they said the ordred has been processed and was being shipped. Several updates on status -- on November 19th arrived at US Customs. November 24th out of customs, the 27th it was on the way to me. Today, 3 weeks later and no package. This is either a scam or the worst shipping route ever.

Made an order. Looked at reviews and panicked. Tried to cancel. Not response, phone clicks off, doesn’t even ring. Tried to track order and it said couldn’t find order. Payment hit my bank immediately.
Plus there was sales tax and we don’t have sales tax in Alaska.
Feels really bad.

Scam company. Do NOT give them your money. They’re a scam.

They lied with another incorrect tracking number for USPS. Save your money they are fraudulent from China using a Ca address.

I never received my candle trees I ordered on Oct. 22. I paid with PayPal and not sure how or if I can get my money back or get my candles. Guess I have learned a lesson!

I would love to give it zero stars. I haven't received an order placed several weeks ago. Customer service is terrible. I've gotten no response after several inquiries. Don't buy anything from them!

Rating for me is ZERO! Never received product that they claimed was delivered. Hate cheaters. Do not order. Their scam is the first few days they are in complete contact. Then you stop hearing from them and never get a message the shipment is in the US. Tracking says it was delivered one date but that didn't really happen. Read all emails and again they stop contacting you with updates. THEY ARE SCAMMERS and too bad, I was looking forward to ordering the nail polish over and over for gifts for my friends and club members. Lost $44. Will be checking my personal account to see if they are still stealing from me. WOULD LIKE TO REPORT THEM TO WHOMEVER, CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE I CAN LIST THEM AS CHEATERS

Ordered on 18 January a set of watercolour paintbrushes and a set of Colour scheme 2 watercolour pearlescent paints. Took exactly four weeks to arrive on 15 Feb and the paintbrushes are really lovely. However, the paints are a big disappointment because although they look slightly metallic in the box, on high quality watercolour paper they give no metallic effect at all. Tried using on their own, as well as separately on top of "normal" watercolour paint, to highlight a few areas.
Contacted the company by email on 16 Feb and sent examples of the paintings - no reply as of today so checked PayPal and through their website realised the address I'd emailed was different, so forwarded my email to the address from PayPal. Almost instant reply saying they cannot trace the order or payment and asking me to be patient as systems sometimes take a while to update. Suspect this is a delaying tactic so have used the Report a Problem function on PayPal and let them know the situation, although did say I am prepared to give the seller a couple of weeks. Delighted to say PayPal immediately refunded me for the paints, tax, insurance and postage. Now waiting to see whether the seller will send a prepaid addressed label as there was no paperwork in the parcel and no seller return address, only the Royal Mail one, which is for returning parcels received at the wrong address or received in error. I notified PayPal of that and said I'd expect to be reimbursed on submitting a receipt for postage in the event that the seller does wish me to return the paints, which I am happy to do. As US and UK systems are different, I won't be surprised if they say they cannot send a label and ask me to pay for the postage and then re-claim, which I will do.

Ordered from them on Dec 17. Finally arrived Feb 5. In a flimsy box in a plastic bag…smashed. They refuse to refund my money. I paid $31 and they offered me $3 or told me to return it to CHINA and said return would be very expensive and I should. Accept $3 refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE S SCAM. I will file a claim on PayPal

Over a month since ordering product and last shipping update was 5 days ago. Customer service says to just wait. I paid for Expedited Shipping and they will not return those funds. I contact them everyday for help. The answer is always to wait.

I ordered an item on Nov. 5th which I have never received. The last tracking update was Dec. 12th in an area of the country not that far from where I live. My assumption is the package is lost. I have asked for a refund or a replacement to no avail. Instead I get a "we're trying to contact the shipper..." I do not have any confidence or trust in this company and urge others to proceed with caution.

Do not buy the "very sticky tape" as it is rubbish. It is worse than the worst sellotape you can buy. Plus site said that is you bought two (wish I didn't) your would get three which didn't happen.
Was very expensive and just a crap product.

Ho appena effettuato un ordine in questo sito, dove non vengono mostrati i costi nascosti (tasse + assicurazione). Ho chiuso l'ordine a 24.8 USD e me ne sono stati addebitati 30.74: ai 24.8 sono stati aggiunti 5.54USD di tasse e 0.4USD di assicurazione. Li avrei pagati comunque, ma non trovo corretto che non venga chiarito nel checkout
