I hired a photo booth for my wife's 50th, it was really popular with our guests and provided something different. The booth was delivered a few days before which was handy as I did a test set up the day before, I would recommend this as it took me an hour to set it up and I had a few issues getting the printer working but rang tech support and they got me sorted. Also they were great when we realised we had left part of the booth in the venue and had to delay collection a day. Would definitely recommend.

The entire process was flawless. Having the time before the event to set it up and time afterward to return took away stress during the event. Any question was followed up on quickly and effectively so very impressed with the overall service. Importantly, the photo booth was a huge success!

Photobooths 4 U is the most amazing photobooths company ever! Can pay in 2 instalments to spread the cost. It gets delivered directly to your door the day before the event for you to set it up and practice. My party was on the Friday and it was collect back from my door on the Monday. I was given a delivery time so no waiting in all day. The customer service helpline answered straight away when I had a question. The customer service team was fantastic. So polite and helpful. Everyone at the party absolutely loved the booth. So happy so have all these wonderful memories with the people I love thanks to photobooths4u. Thanks again!

This company is great! Very friendly and helpful staff who really want their customers to have the best experience.

They sent the booth out two days in advance so we could practice using it and they were very available for calls, if you have questions once you receive it. Delivery and collection were really smooth and easy to organise.

It was a great success at my 60th party. People had lots of fun dressing up and the photos made everyone look amazing. Money really well spent.

I highly recommend this company and the addition of a photobooth to ramp up the fun factor at any event. We had the printer too so people had photos to take home. I also sent the link out so people could see all the photos. Lots of great feedback.

I organised a photo booth for my sons 30th birthday, unfortunately when we unpacked it the main power cable was missing and when I spoke to technical support they were not able to send a new one in time for the event. On top of this disappointing issue I have been fobbed off to get a refund and I’m still waiting for it despite several chases and assurances it is coming.

I cannot thank the team enough! I used their services for my mums 50th and the photo booth was an absolute hit!

I ordered a selfie booth from Photobooths4u for my daughter’s 14th birthday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The equipment arrived well in advance and was packaged really securely. The instructions were super clear—my brother had it all set up in about 20 minutes.

The booth was a huge hit with the 30 girls at the party! The photos came out brilliantly—great quality and loads of fun. Collection a couple of days later was smooth and hassle-free, and we also received an email link with all the pictures, which was a lovely touch.

Overall, fantastic service, great value for money, and an all-round wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be using Photobooths4u again for future events!

Was unsure about using this service to begin with but since using it I can confirm I will absolutely use this service again. Great company with a great, efficient way of working. Everything was delivered before my party and all well packaged, the set up of the booth itself was very straightforward with lots of clear instructions provided. All equipment was then picked up a few days later... Hastle free. Guests at my party were able to work the iPad easily and wait for pics to be printed, would absolutely recommend and will use again in the future.

Absolutely great value for money! Son did the setup for me (70th birthday party 😁). What fun! We didn't set the background because we ran out of time but it was still such a great addition to the party! Delivered and collected on time and complete set of photos sent by a link afterwards. Guests could email the photos to themselves on the night and we ordered the printer too Magic! Highly recommended.

Very professional service - delivered and collected when they said they would. The instructions were clear and there was a helpline if needed. My daughter and her friends loved the selfie pod for her 16th birthday party. The adults enjoyed it too! It really made the party extra special. Would definitely recommend. 😊

We ordered for a wedding, the equipment was delivered with clear instructions for to package. I made the stupid error of not reading the "very important, please read" email, and on set up, we had a few issues, but phoned the help desk and they were really helpful and got us going.

I did go on Amazon to buy a couple of additional props, as we chose one with just the sticks, and didn't need anything else. Lots of fun.
The guests really enjoyed using is. You had the option of having photos emailed, they took a little while to arrive, but did arrive. Or print. The printing took a little while as it printed each colour separately. But they were really good quality prints.
We couldn't be happier. A courier arrived to collect the boxes, and that was it!
I'd highly recommend.

Ordered a photobooth for my wedding in July. The delivery on friday went smoothly to my in laws house. We picked it up to set up. The instructions for setup were not in the box and I didnt realise they had been emailed but had gone into my spam folder. We contracted the company and they came back to us first thing on Saturday morning with the details which allowed my son to set it up. Kids loved the photo booth and it was a big hit would totally recommend. We were able to change the collection date from our house instead of in laws.
Even with the instructions going into spam (not photos 4 u fault!!) I would give 5 stars as service and communication was great. Even when we had a problem they came back quickly to resolve the issue. Now received all my photos and have to say they gave us a giggle. Best money that I spent for the wedding!!

Was so easy to arrange and set up.
Everything was delivered on time and as expected and the same with the collection at the end.
Everything was so simple and the party was a success!
I spoke to the team once as I had a query and this was replied to straight away.
Great service and would use again.

I was worried after reading some reviews but I was wrong to be.
I requested delivery a daybearlier and they sorted no problem. Great communication and easy step by step instructions. It was an absolute hit at our year 6 leavers party. Delivery and return were perfect and sent all photos after a couple of days. I have already recommended to a friend.

I was a little sceptical at first but Photobooths4u really came through!
Camera arrived Thursday with plenty communication about its arrival and time for them to pick up on the Tuesday.
Camera was easy to set up and take down. Photos were then delivered to me within a few days after camera arrived back to them.
For £140-£50 it was definitely worth it and I will use again if needed.

if I could have given zero stars I would Do Not Use this incompetent company,there equipment doesn't work,you can't get any help from them.When you tell them you couldn't use the equipment because it didn't work they are not interested.No refunds no nothing.I have been in touch with fair trading standards about them.

I hired a Photo Booth for my 60th party. We chose to have an attendant present and we’re lucky enough to have an amazing young man called Owen attend the event. He went over and above to make the experience a pleasant one. Our oldest grandkids (6 & 7) had loads of photos done and Owen was so patient with them. He even showed them how to use the machines which made them really happy. The backdrop we had hired wouldn’t stay up (due to the weather not any fault on their part) so Owen offered us an extra hour instead. He ended up staying even later to finish printing the photos. The quality of the photos was wonderful and each copy was personalised with details proved to them by me. We had two copies of each photo printed so we could retain a copy for us.
Can’t recommend them highly enough, would definitely use them again.

AWFUL COMPANY - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Equipment didn’t work on the night (wedding). Followed instructions that were given. Very little help from company. Printer would not work so no prints. We paid for extra photo prints and an album. We returned these (new, in packaging) and no refund or communication from company regarding a refund. Will never use or recommend this company.
