If i could give Zero stars i would. I bought some earphones for $150. They took around 4-6 weeks to arrive, when they eventually came, only one worked, the other was dead and would not charge.
I explained the issue thoroughly in an email and after a long wait for a response they came back asking me questions i had already answered or that made no sense.
I've now emailed multiple times and the last 3 responses have repeatedly asked me if i've reset the unit, even though it's dead and won't charge.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! To begin with, I didn't know that this product came directly from China, because I have bought this Bluetooth Plantronic 3 times here in the USA and I haven't had any problems. 2 months ago I lost it and I bought it from this company thinking of getting the same one, but it turns out that they sent me a Jabra that I didn't request. I have been complaining for over a month now and all they tell me is "Once an update is available, we will update you then" and to this day I haven't gotten anything positive.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they refuse refunds even for items that are not as advertised
Customer service is below poor and frustrating to communicate with.

Arrogant, slow, and couldn't care less about you.
Ordered a Plantronics earpiece, received a Huawei instead. When I wrote to notify them, they said they would ship a replacement. One month later, still no sign of replacement. I emailed to ask where it was and all they said was "once shipped, you will be notified". ONE MONTH LATER AND THEY STILL COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO SHIP A REPLACEMENT!!

item ordered was replaced by a cheap imitation. numerous email attempts to get them to make it right were met with lies and misdirection.
these people need to be in jail.

Absolutely terrible experience! I ordered an item for €101, but they sent me a completely different product worth only €30. To make things worse, they refuse to pay for return shipping or send me the correct item that I actually ordered. I've been waiting for over a month, and they keep giving me the runaround.

This feels like a scam—horrible customer service and zero accountability. Avoid this company unless you want to waste your time and money!

Do not purchase from this vendor. They falsely advertised items then expect you to pay to ship it back for a refund. Order squid game alarm clock with spinning head. The head is fixed and the clock does not look the same and they refuse to refund me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Horrible experience,
Have purchased a hand set with them, have paid them they have send me an email to pay again. Please do not buy it is a scam and a fraud company. They have 5 stars on their website but from where as everyone says are horrible. No one reply’s back. Please please just be careful. Have not received my item as well. My mistake was not to read the reviews .

waited over a month for a misrepresented product. failed to refund for a crap Chinese pos when they were supposed to send me a name brand product.

Product arrived and was not as described. I contacted support and I am currently trying to send it back. They will not pay for the return, which states on their site that they are not responsible for lost returns. What do you think is going to happen? Avoid these scammers at all costs. Thieves.

This company is scam!!! They claim to have 125 reviews and all 5 stars with pictures attached, they are also sponsored by Google which makes them look more credible! Absolutely disgusted as I had ordered a school bag set for my son starting school and he had nothing for going and I'm now down £70! They look legit but I can 100% assure you that they are not!! Stay well away from this site!!!

Scam website, very bad people. I advice to not order anything. I ordered 2 years ago and they still did not send my order. And they will not give my money back. Watch out

La peor compra que he realizado. Compré unos audífonos Samsung Level U Pro Bluetooth Headphones Black por casi 50 euros, en la foto salen los originales. Pero cuando realmente llegan, lo único igual es el color, el resto es todo imitación. Cuando pides explicaciones indican que lo lamentan, que nunca les había sucedido y que te enviarán el producto correcto, pasa el tiempo y nada. Hasta que te aburres y pides la devolución del dinero y desde ese momento no responden más. Me siento estafada.

Ik heb een originele Samsung level u pro besteld die ik expresse heb laten verzenden. Ik kreeg een clone. Ben nu al 3 weken bezig om een nieuwe te krijgen. Iedere keer hetzelfde antwoord: we zullen snel het goede product versturen, maar er gebeurd helemaal niks. Dus mensen u bent gewaarschuwd, koop hier niks!!!

They will not send you what you ordered,they will send a cheap generic alternative.
They do not answer emails or reply to your requests.
I wish I had looked at their reviews before I got scammed... Don't order from these criminals based in Hong Kong.

Stay away from this company. If I would have read the reviews here I would have saved my money. I like many others bought plantronics earphones. Took a while before they arrived and once the arrived they looked different compared to the orginal ones. The battery on them were crap and lasted maximum 2 hours. Then contacted customers service. Witch didn't want to make up for it and I needed to pay for post mailing ot to hong kong, witch cost 50 % of the price I paid for the earphones. They are just not interesting in helping and are a bunch of scammers. Stay away!

Sent plantronic headset that were defective, wouldn’t charge. The item was nit good condition when I received it, I’ve had to pay for the postage to return the defective product and been messed about. After first stating they would simply send a replacement set that gave requested photos and proof of return postage before sending a replacement and now stating they won’t send replacement until they receive the defective product. NOT WORTH THE DRAMA

They defraud you - send fake goods and compound your misery by ensuring the fake goods are also damaged.

I ordered Plantronics Backbeat Fit 2 earphones. Received a knock-off version that was severely damaged. Customer service literally told me to suck it up as the product is in working condition (which I never confirmed with them in any event).

This company is vile - please stay away.

Yesterday I ordered plantronics earbuds, afterwards I read the negative reviews here and also in comments on ther Facebook page. That is when I noticed I got scammed. You cant reach them through phone and/or email. I did not get any response to cancel the order, also not even by filling in a form on their website.
