We even checked in our 'spam' folder but no sign of any messages, we're not sure if there's an issue with Messenger but we are receiving messages from others.

Samsung S25 Ultra
Ordered Samsung S25 Ultra on 7th May with delivery date of 9th May. That came and nothing, called the company who said the free watch was temporarily out of stock but was now in stock and items would be dispatched that day. 10th came and still nothing. Called again to be told they are in stock and will be dispatched Mon 12th. Of course Monday came and went with nothing. Called again and now being told stock won't be available until 28th May. Absolutely shocking, they won't dispatch phone without the watch so I'm left with absolutely nothing and already paid. Terrible Service.

We completely understand your frustration as the retailer offering the deals that include a Galaxy Watch7 has advised us that they are experiencing high demand and serious stock issues.
Although we appreciate your review, there's nothing we can do as we are the price comparison website you used to find your chosen deal.
We're guessing from what you've written that you've already spoken with the retailer you purchased from as we don't offer telephone support ourselves?
What they've stated is their normal policy in that they won't dispatch the phone until all of the included items are available to send with it.
The Galaxy Watch7 is not actually free, it's part of your chosen plan and a discounted cost has been worked into the monthly price.
We're really sorry to hear you have to wait for your order to arrive and can only advise to keep in contact with the retailer until you have received it.
They have advised us they are expecting regular, weekly shipments from Samsung to fulfil all of their backorders.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE

Never-ever had any problems on the website they have the best deals on all contract phones in the UK.
I normally attack the bad traders but these one star jobs are not down to Phones LTD just scammers jumping on their backs.
All they do is link to other mobile providers and their referring link means you get the best deals and they get a little commission for providing the service in other words they ask for zero personal information they are merely a portal web service.
But like I said they have the best deals online and should be in everybody's favorites list!
over last 6 years bought 11 phones all linked from this site.

PhonesLTD.co.uk is a price comparison website, we don't take any details to use our service and don't take or fulfil any orders.
This sounds like you may have been the victim of a common cold calling scam?!
They call pretending to be from UK mobile companies offering very cheap deals to gain your personal and banking details over the phone.
They then use your details to order a different phone and once delivered claim they've made a mistake.
They then try and convince you to go to the post office and send the phone to an address they provide, where they send someone along to wait for the package and steal the phone!

Good deals, people leaving bad comments and complaining got scammed over the phone from people claiming that they work for phones.ltd, this company compares deals like compare the market and etc. and then transfer you to the company that you have chosen the deal.

Really pleased with this site, excellent deals
After seeing an advert for this site on Facebook I was a bit skeptical of the deals it was advertising. I did some reading of prior reviews and most seemed to misunderstand the intention of the site. I chose a deal via the site to a website I knew was genuine and the whole process was complete with my new phone in hand within 2 days. It is a great comparison site, highly recommend it. Just look at the website you are actually getting the deal from as well.
