Very good phone, great condition but... Advertised as unlocked but it's just an open AT&T phone loaded with AT&T bloatware. No mention of that in the description.

Ordered iPad- never received and can’t get a refund.
Ordered iPad. Paid for next day delivery. Delivery was scheduled for 9/2/22. Did not arrive. I assumed due to Labor Day, it was delayed. 9/7 still not iPad so I contacted phones4less. UPS “lost” iPad. Showed in tracking that a credit was issued to sender and I needed to contact seller for my refund. Today is 9/21 and I have not received a refund. Someone emailed me from Phones4less and said when they get a refund from UPS, they will PayPal me. This is inexcusable. They contracted with delivery company and I am on the hook for the loss. I have had to dispute the charge with my method of payment. They agreed I never received it based on my tracking, but they now wait for them to send proof of delivery (15 days to respond ) and then up to two more weeks before I get a refund from them. It’s a joke. Stay far away. Customer service is terrible. Do not answer calls or return them. Takes them weeks to respond to an email as well. STAY CLEAR
**In response to this sham of a company, I left 3 messages after phone rings several times and then goes to voicemail, during normal business hours. I have yet to receive a call back. I would also like to state your policy in regards to shipment is terrible. Essentially you are stating if an item is lost, which it was in this case, if the shipping company fails to reimburse, customer is on the hook. To be clear, tracking showed it was picked up, taken to Dallas warehouse, then never left. It in no way was delivered or attempted to be delivered to me. 22 days after I was to receive my iPad, I still await for Phones4Sale to make this right. This transaction has been disputed with method of payment and I suspect this is how I will receive my money back, not from this company doing the right thing.

We understand how frustrating it can be to order an item online only for it to get delayed, or in a situation like this, not show up at all. We contacted UPS and filed a claim as soon as we were made aware of the missing package by the customer. In situations like this, our policy is to file a claim with the shipping provider and reimburse the customer once the shipping provider's investigation concludes and the claim finalized. At the time of this writing, the claim is still in progress and not finalized. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of UPS' timeline. Regarding customer's claim of not answering calls and taking weeks to respond, a quick verification of our phone system call log shows we never received an inbound call from the customer's phone number on file. Furthermore, the longest gap in email response was 4 business days, and this was after we notified the customer of the latest information we received from UPS. When we make a mistake, our company will go above and beyond to make it right for the customer, as evidenced by our previous customer reviews. When the shipping providers make a mistake, we take it upon ourselves to do whatever we can because we want our customers to know we're here for them after the sale, too.

I paid an extra $35.00 to have it…
I paid an extra $35.00 to have it shipped next day. Had to wait Friday and the whole weekend and an extra day before I got my iPhone. Phone came in almost new condition. Can’t even tell it was used! For the condition of the phone I give 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, but not for the shipping!
