Usually good service but be careful and make sure you get receipts for everything. Some of the products they sell may not be from reliable companies or be of merchantable quality, so get a receipt!

PhoneLove in Crouch End provided brilliant service at an affordable price, and went beyond what you'd expect. The Head Repair Technician listened well to my problem: a MacBook Air laptop that very suddenly stopped starting up. PhoneLove identified the problem through a free diagnosis check, and I only had to pay for the spare part if their recommendation worked. And it did work. Going the extra mile, they cleaned the laptop body, and it looks brand new. Thank you Phonelove, from a super happy customer.

Had an issue with my HP laptop keyboard. They ordered a new one, it arrived in two days, and they replaced it the same day. Quick, straightforward, and fairly priced. Great service all round – would definitely recommend.

have This was my third time to visit this attractive little shop/workshop. Each time they sorted my problem quickly (had to go away for 20 minutes on ). Price seemed reasonable. Friendly and courteous. Clearly knowledgeable. My phone is about 8 years old and twice they have advised against me replacing it. (They sell reconditioned phones - and I would have been very easy to persuade to buy one.) A great place/service.

This is the second time that the staff in this shop have solved my phone crises! Quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner; they are so helpful!

I bought a laptop charger there (Samsung) 3 days ago, for a work emergency from home.
My husband wanted to return it today with the receipt, as when I put it on charge at home, it stayed on remaining 38% for 4 hours the entire time and I paid 50!! Pounds! for it!!!
unfortunately I forgot to take the packaging and was not made aware of when I left the store that day.
The packaging I think was deliberately left behind by the shop assistant.
We were not able to return it, as the answer was: “no packaging”, “I’ve should have taken a speedier and even more expensive charger”, and “it is working though”.
Actually got sold a „phone“ charger after all by checking with the IT team at work- and have not been advised about this either when I purchased it!
Not a nice experience, what a shame, I will not return for this reason….. please be aware, should you buy anything in there! (What a rip off….)!

These guys are amazing. I have used them before, and now they replaced the screen of my 2 year old Microsoft laptop. No need to send it to Microsoft and risk losing it, fantastic, friendly and personable service, cheaper than Microsoft (original screen) and with a longer guarantee. I highly recommend these guys!

There are many small repair shops based in Internet cafés etc.
My 1st visit to Phonelove was an eye opener. Warmly received by Sam & Omar I left my Samsung a33 5g to have a screen replacement.
Their premises were easily located with parking opposite and within a few minutes walk.
I'm an ex British Army Officer and my standards are probably a bit higher than most but upon inspection the
Front of shop was clinically clean. I was incredibly impressed with the set up.
Sam and Omar are absolutely spot on and their knowledge I found is second to none absolutely marvellous.
My device was beautifully repaired with a fixed price I found to be most acceptable.
I cannot recommend Phonelove high enough I was kept updated all along the process. Now I have other devices to be repaired via family and friends I will definitely be back.

These guys are far more than your average 'cracked phone screen replacement shop'. They have the technical knowhow to handle a range of electrical gadget repairs along with a friendly can-do attitude and professional customer care. I needed some fairly intricate resoldering done to a damaged circuit board and they did it quickly, expertly and at a very reasonable price. When it turned out needing more work done than originally anticipated, they did not increase their original quote. They are just the sort of independent family business with professional standards and care for what they do that a local high street needs. I highly recommend them.
