One of the Best Investments We've Made!

Before working with the Phoenix Torch team, I was honestly skeptical. Like many business owners, I wasn't sure if AI and automation would actually make a meaningful difference or just add another layer of complexity. I'm glad I gave them a chance!

They took the time to understand how our business operates and built solutions that fit our workflow instead of trying to force a one-size-fits-all approach. Phoenix Torch helped us develop a custom tool that completely transformed our reporting workflow. What previously required 8–12 hours of engineering effort can now be completed in just 1–2 hours, while maintaining the quality and consistency of our deliverables.

Phoenix Torch has been a key partner helping us 10x the output of our team and products

Phoenix Torch has been instrumental in improving our internal processes, and scaling parts of our business that were previously heavily reliant on manual actions. Phoenix Torch team initially engaged in a small data collection automation task and eventually expanded into:
- Data management covering: collection, backfilling, validation, analysis
- Product management and implementation
- Task tracking and company efficiency management

Overall, we've saved hundreds of hours per week and their applied solutions have allowed our quantitative, technical and ops staff to literally 10x themselves.
