Professional, friendly, patient- Phoenix were awesome, thank you so much for getting me through my A2. Highly recommended.

Went for my 2nd CBT. Great experience. Calm, friendly, professional staff had good banter and patience for everyone. Had an instructor doing his first session and absolutely smashed it. Kenny did a great job

Done my CBT with phoenix motorcycle training and from start to finish was very professional my instructor was liam great guy really friendly and made me feel comfortable at all times would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to take there CBT training

So booked my cbt in April, for 22 May. But was cancelled on 22 may, offered 10 July no compensation (free cbt).and a different test center. Won't be using them again.

I've ridden with the salisbury plain stig.

The reason I keep coming back to Phoenix is the top level of teaching, quality and value.

I have done everything from CBT to DAS, advanced rider days and two trail riding days.

Every instructor is highly experienced and knows how to share their knowledge. Lessons are done in very small groups (1 : 2) so its very personal and easy to ask questions.
I like that the training gets tailored on the day to fit what the students need so we can improve on our weaknesses.

All the gear supplied and the bikes are in great condition. The value you get is well worth it, if not for learning, then just a fun day riding around green lanes.

Very professional through the booking process to training day. You are well informed about the CBT and the instructor goes through all modules very carefully and explanatory.

I completed my Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) with Lee and Martin at Phoenix (leamington spa). Both very knowledgeable and experienced motorcycle instructors. The whole experience was great. They provide fantastic training from start to finish!
The bikes were well-maintained, and they can provided protective gear. The instructors make you feel comfortable the minute you arrive. They are professional, patient, and absolute experts at what they do. Your safety is always a priority to during every training session.

I began my learning journey with no prior experience riding a motorbike and was quite nervous. All maneuvers were broken down into simple, easy-to-understand steps. Skills are built on progressively at your own pace and reinforced repeatedly with the emphasis on reflective practice. I passed with confidence that i was in control of the bike. I went from nothing, to complete belief in my ability riding a manual 125cc motorcycle. Its been a thoroughly enjoyable journey even in the wind, rain and hail.

CBT day was well-structured, running through the all the elements methodically from classroom basics to practical on-road riding. During the on-road ride, the communication was clear, and I felt completely supported. The feedback genuinely built my confidence and taught me how to ride safely and defensively.

I started doing Pre Cbt lessons about 3 months i did 2 hours slots with Ben my instructor as i had not ridden a bike ever before.
My tution from Ben enabled me to pass my CBT today his patience knowledge of bikes and just being a great teacher got me through my test today.
Paul also help me towards the end and on the day of the CBT the school is amazing the style of training is great the reception staff who took the bookings where fanatastic especially Jackie.
So i wanted to thank you all as passing my CBT at 60 is a big thing for me it will also take me on journey for a full licence.

I had the best experience with Phoenix. Will and his mates at the school are approachable and brilliant teachers. They got me through my Mod 1 and Mod 2 pretty easily and I’m a terrible overthinker. Fantastic is the only word I can use to describe them

They way the instructor guide us through out the whole process from A to Z . It was amazing and they treat you very well.

I cant praise or recommend the instructors at Phoenix Colchester enough. Last year I passed my CBT (2nd time) with Scott and Rob who where fantastic. This year I booked my Mod 1 and Mod 2 with them as although I had had some bigger bike lessons, I really needed some structure and guidance and knew I would find it here.
I had my Mod 1 training with Rob who is just brilliant. His relaxed approach calms you and his encouragement and guidance instilled me with confidence so much so that I passed first time. Mod 2 training was with Paul which was full on but I learnt so much in a day it was really worth it. Scott took me for my Mod 2 test and again, such a skilled instructor, who is easy going and supportive. Although I was extremely nervous, he did his best to calm me down and to focus on all I'd learned. It paid off because I passed Mod 2 too!
Seriously, if you are thinking of any kind of bike training, these chaps are the best at their craft. They make you feel part of the team, make you feel welcome (being a woman that was comforting) and the training and guidance is top notch with some witty banter thrown in too!

Amazing instructors, good bikes, and supportive and engaging customer service and bookings support.

Done manual CBT at the Watford location with my brother, both of us had never ridden a bike before and Ben was a great help teaching us what we needed to know and getting us riding safe on the road. Training was clear and Ben had a lot of patience when we were doing manoeuvres teaching different techniques when struggling. Would definitely recommend for others.
