Hard day but worth the time and effort. Not everyone passes the CBT so make sure you are ready for the day.

I did my CBT test with phoenix and they did an amazing job all the way though, from explaining in the classroom, to taking time to help students who are struggling while through out the exercise tips and useful information was given. The staff are very friendly and are always open to help.

Super patient and very good instructors. I’d highly recommend these guys.

I’d wish you luck in your test, but you wouldn’t need it.

Really enjoyed the experience, you get to grips with the bike very quickly. You definitely want Chris to be your instructor, he was brilliant! 10/10 day and will be doing my further licences with them.

As a non experienced motorcyclist & doing my CBT test Shane was great. He had patience & gave clear instructions on the training day. He made me feel at relaxed & I passed my test 1st time. I can highly recommend him.

The team at crystal palace is absolutely amazing. They really take care of you and try to teach you everything in the best possible way. Can't put it into words how much I enjoyed training with them.

I had a brilliant experience with my CBT last year with Harrison, who was great. Then I had my DAC this year and had two very good instructors - Keith and Chris. Both dedicated and knowledgable.
There is a very good admin team behind the scenes - Steph and Lisa, Who were very responsive and flexible when it came to making training/tests arrangements.
A very good and well organized company, learner centred, with respect to inexperienced riders. I had a short experience before with another local firm, and Phoenix is an ocean above them.

My mid life crisis has been well supported with Phoenix! As an ‘older’ new female rider they helped me realise my dream. The instructors are friendly and Frank! They tell it how it is and help you improve. I have met most of them as I sadly took 6 attempts to pass my mod 1. This is no reflection on the school just my nerves! Mod 2 however was super. I had one to one training for a day and on the Monday a little top up before the test! I passed first time! Me! Yes me! If you fancy a challenge for your mid life crisis learn to ride a motorcycle with Phoenix, you won’t regret it! 😀

I did my CBT with Phoenix motorcycles. We had some prior experience with riding bikes but as we soon found out, there was much to learn. The course was comprehensive - covering aspects from biker clothing, types and costs to the Highway Code and some solid riding practice. But the highlight was our instructor Sam. He was friendly, knowledgeable and kept the right pace through the day. Thanks Sam.
