I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my training days with Phoenix. They’ve grow improve my confidence on the bigger bike and taught me well to pass my mod 1 & 2.
All trainers are great fun, knowledgeable and make you feel at ease, whilst keeping their serious head on. I did a lot of my training with Chris (special thanks to him), also with Sam, Nick and Darren. Thanks guys. Maybe one day I’ll do my advanced training. Debbie

Really enjoyed my CBT. The instructor, Harrison, was amazing and very patient! Going on the road on the same day was great fun. Very much recommend Phoenix, I did my CBT in Chatham.

Before I took my Direct Access course, for £10 they offered an hour taster session on a 650, which was really beneficial as it showed me what I needed to improve on. Best £10 ever spent. As a result of this they recommended the split course. I was happy about this choice as it relieved a lot of stress about having to pay for the whole course again should I fail Mod 1.
I had Chris for both my Mod 1 and Mod 2. He had a relaxed teaching style and which is beneficial when you're under a lot of self-pressure to pass the course.
Chris's feedback is fair and true and does not lack the odd sarcastic comment which really helps to lighten the mood.
Thanks to his guidance and Pheonix school, I successfully passed both Mod 1 and Mod 2 first time.

I did my CBT this week and it was great, although the weather wasn’t fantastic being warm and very wet, Shane and Adam made it a very enjoyable day. They were very patient and helpful and gave a lot of very useful tips and hints to help along the way and really helped me build confidence as a new rider.

I had Harrison as my instructor and he was very relaxed and helpful. The whole day was a brilliant experience. Even the other instructor came along just to say hi. I definitely recommend them for the CBT and I'll be coming back for my full license.

Absolute legend these guys are. Training so brilliant, I was so confident to ride bike on the road in just two hours. definitely recommend. I can’t wait to start my next level training with these guys. Thank you so much Mr Roger, legend.

Excellent, comprehensive Training provided by Roger from Phoenix. Second time I have completed CBT with Phoenix and highly recommend them for their professionalism and helpful approach

The instructor and instruction was all excellent.

Being run out of a storage unit is a bit rubbish. Nowhere to sit and have a coffee or do the paperwork. Luckily it was a sunny warm day but if cold and raining would be pretty miserable.

The instructor I had in Maidstone wasn't my favourite, he liked to tell me the negatives and if I done something on the modules I'll fail and now I'm stressing that I'm going to fail it but he was good to the new learner in the group, he really pushed him to get him through the training.

Harrison was a great tutor and got me used to riding the bike quickly, had time for a laugh but, was also serious when needed. Had a lot of fun and feel confident on a bike now.

I completed my CBT with Phoenix in June 2021. The training was excellent. The instructor, Harrison, gave a high level of attention to detail, including making sure I was riding safely and able to improve on my skills at each stage of the course. I would certainly recommend this training school.

Had Harry as an Instructor and he was great very clear and helped when you made mistakes very easy to learn from him and made the day a good laugh as well

Phoenix motorcycle training is definitely one of the best training centres out there to do the training. The office staff are very professional, polite and helpful and also very reliable. They have been very helpful throughout the Covid lock down period by giving us regular email and text updates about the upcoming training dates etc.
The instructors especially Sam and Chris are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease. The pass rate is also exceptionally high. Very glad I chose this centre. Highly recommended.

I have nothing but good things to say about Phoenix Motorcycle Training. I was a complete amateur having never even sat on a bike to being completely qualified after only 3 full days training (mod 1 and mod 2 test days separate to this).

The company seems to be run really well - very good communication, bikes in good condition, great value for money and the excellent quality of training from the instructors.

The best thing about the Phoenix instructors is they don’t try to over teach you in a classroom setting - you get so much time on the bike to feel your way into it then you get their expert advice in the practical context of particular situations you will find yourself in on the road - tricky junctions etc.

Very highly recommended for anyone wishing to get their motorbike licence!

Had my CBT yesterday with Chris and I’m not going to lie I started out very nervously.
His relaxed manor and jokes really made me feel at ease.
His instruction so clear and comprehensive it made the day much easier and very enjoyable by the end to give me the confidence to get on the road and pass!

The instructor, Harrison, was looking after everyone in the group with great care. His instructions were clear, precise and very easy to follow.
