What a great company! They are very quick to respond and are very helpful.

I was missing a part and they sent it right away.

Received product damage, contacted company, resent replacement. Replacement arrived damaged (most likely shipping both products), contacted company, offered to send replacement o0r refund. Resent replacement, arrived undamaged. Took the time and effort to satisfy customer! A++

Great item. Perfect piece of furniture. Excellent quality. Nightstand fit the room and was not difficult to assemble. Really nice and very satisfied.

I had a problem with My Zero Gravity Chair, that I bought in July. I live near the Ocean and it got Rusty. It was replaced with no questions and excellent Customer Service. I’ve had other vendors “hide” customer contact info. It was easily available on Amazon and worked efficiently.

Original purchase was great but recent customer service was more than great by following up on me for replacement parts. Actually damage was not caused by product entirely but also caused by me. However nonetheless what it was, their customer service was so great.

This company has wonderful products but what sets them apart is their wonderful customer service. They responded quickly to my concerns about a package damaged in shipment. I love the set I purchased it is well made and the expandable table works perfectly.

I had an issue with one of the chairs and the company responded right away. Customer service was fantastic. I was able to get a replacement in just a few days.

These are very nice umbrellas and the tilt feature works very easily. We purchased three of theme and will be returning when they need to be updated.

Bought a swivel bar stool but after about 2 months it developed a loud annoying creaking noise,,I contacted the seller PHI VILLA and they were brilliant ,.I sent a video of the chair creaking .There was a 1 year warranty with the chair & this was honoured without any hassle ..There was constant contact with me ,,,I received a new chair within a few days ,,
Never worry about complaining ,,this shows how good a company is if they listen to you & resolve your problem ..would certainly use them again …

We bought outdoor furniture from Phi Villa. After 1 week it started rusting with a rain sprinkle. I have been going back and forth and the first tell me send which part is bad and they will replace. Then they said we will give you a coupon and you can buy paint and paint it. The rust is from inside the furniture I tell them. I want to return and refund but now they say it is after the 30 day return. Even though i put a complaint in after 2 weeks. Do not buy any outdoor furniture from Phi villa. I spent alot of miney and got a lemon.

First purchased my umbrella in March 2023, and had an excellent experience with the item throughout the summer. Towards the end of the summer, I attempted to raise it and found that the cord inside the device had frayed , and was broken. I informed the seller of the problem, and they were apologetic, and immediately offered to replace the item after I sent them some pictures. I was thrilled at their responsiveness, and, the rapid turnaround of my request, I will definitely buy more merchandise from these folks in the future

I ordered 4 swivel chairs and a table. The set is great quality and arrived quickly. One chair had a defective base and upon contacting Customer Service a replacement part was sent out. I was pleased to have multiple emails tracking my part. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that cares and stands behind their product. I will definitely use them again for future purchases and highly recommend the quality of the product and service.

The bar stools are very sturdy and they look great. I had an issue with putting the 2nd one together (short on some bolts) and they sent me a new packet of bolts very quickly.

I purchased a set of 2 swivel patio chairs. Unfortunately had a problem with one after a couple days. Contacted PHI VILLA and almost immediately the problem was taken care of. Love my chairs, and would highly recommend PHI VILLA!

I ordered a Phi villa outdoors table it is very nice. I had a problem with rust after it rained. I call Customer Service. They took care of the problem right away. I would recommend Phi Villa to all my friends.

I purchased an umbrella through amazon that after 2 months broke. I contacted this seller to let them know, not really expecting anything to happen. They reached back out and asked for more details and pics if I had them, and then sent me a replacement. Though the original product had an issue, I was impressed with the customer service, and their willingness to make things right.

Excellent overall experience... Customer Service, Tiffany in particular, from beginning to end, and everything in between, excellent, excellent, excellent.

I purchased an outdoor patio table which is all rusted! I am so disappointed for I spent a lot of money. Do not purchase any outside furniture from this company. It will last only 6 months to maybe a year.
If the patio table was purchased I would love to hear your comments after a year or less!
