I wrote to the company below - their response was to give me a 5% discount. the furniture was pure junk!!! be very cautious when buying from them. very poor quality and not low prices either??? I wish I could post the pics on this site. you would see I am not exxagerating.

Hello - I usually do contact companies for things like this, but I
bought the attached dining set from your company, for my daughter - I
believe it was March of 2022.
Please look at the pictures - you can see this set has been deteriorating
for some time now.
The weaving on the dining table and chairs is unravelling. One chair has
completely disintegrated!! They had to throw it away.
The cushions are all faded as well as the wood on the chairs.
I realize that this is an outdoor set and there would be some weathering -
but this is ridiculous!
Is there anything your company can do to make this right? It is embarrassing
to have guests come over to her house for a cookout and ask them to sit on
this furniture.
Please let me know what can be done to correct this.

Purchased Brown 9-Piece Wood Patio Outdoor Dining Set With Extendable Table and Wood Chairs With Beige Cushion from Home Depot last April. After one season and being store under cover all winter. Table and chairs fading and cracking. Would not cover because 1 month past the year warranty. When ask for further help with the matter they came back with a 5% discount to purchase another table. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

It was easy to order our outdoor furniture from the Phil Villa website. They are also quick at responding to questions we had about our order and we were regularly sent emails with updates about the delivery, which was appreciated. The furniture is lovely and was pretty easy to assemble. We look forward to using it for many years.

I ordered a patio set and within 6 months it started to rust
I contacted the company and they responded quickly m. They asked for photos, which i sent to them. They approved replacing the table and the amazing part was it arrived in two days

The patio table and chairs I purchased are of excellent quality and design. Couldn’t be happier. The real reason to buy from Phil Villa is their customer service. What an incredible experience. Emailed them so many pre purchase questions and each and every one of them were answered in a professional and courteous manner. Once I received the product and put it together, I discovered an issue with only 1 screw hole that was stubborn. After 1 contact email and without question, they sent me a new chair part. What company does this and goes beyond accommodating a customer. Their customer service is the reason to buy from them. It’s absolutely the best I have encountered in all my years and I am 75.
Thank you Phil Villa for making it easy to buy and fix my issue. I recommend this company highly.

Less than one star for customer service. Don’t buy from this company if you want after sale support. They don’t answer their phone and they don’t respond to emails. When your purchase comes damaged you are on your own.

Horrible customer service and doesn’t following their own policies. We moved into a new house with a large patio and screened porch and ordered 3 sets of patio furniture to fill the spaces. One set wouldn’t fit together because the holes were pre drilled incorrectly, and it took hours longer than necessary to complete. Our larger set that came with a fire pit came damaged in several places. It’s been 6 months and lots of emails of them blowing me off by telling me in 2 weeks the replacements will be shipped. That’s the only thing they ever say. And to top that off, no one has ever answered the only phone number they have listed as their customer service number. You always have to leave a message and no one returns your call. Horrible experience!!!!!

Quality is great, assembly was easy and the customer support was phenomenal! My particular set is a sectional style and I thought they had forgotten the corner piece. I contacted customer service, received a response within a couple hours, and was told that because my specific sets combination wasn't available they sent me one that included 2 extra tables and the missing piece! Amazing! Couldn't be more happy and I will highly recommend this company in the future.

We purchased a 5-piece patio set with sofa. It is a perfect size for our outdoor area, and the cushioned seats are quite comfortable, even for my 6'6" husband. Love the swivel chairs, too! We opted for the beige cushion covers, and they seem very well made and should hold up well outdoors. It is helpful to have two people to assemble the set, and the directions were not too detailed but we figured it out with no problem.
And Phi Villa has EXCELLENT customer service. The rattan on the sofa was damaged, and they sent a replacement out quickly and were very prompt with email communication. I highly recommend.

Update: They refunded $30 to compensate us for our trouble with their customer service. Phi Villa provides horrid customer service. They refuse to call you, even when you request it. When you call them, no one answers. When you email them, you have to wait until the following day for EACH reply. They don’t read all questions and only answer one if there are more in your email. Very frustrating. Don’t purchase from this company!!

I purchase a patio table and chairs set. It also came with an umbrella. When the items were delivered, my husband was home and the items were placed in the garage. When we started to pu the set together, we were missing 2 chairs. The company researched the situation, the items were most likely lost in transit. The company sent me the two chairs. The set is lovely and looks wonderful on our patio.

I ordered an outdoor table and chairs. The chairs came and they were great. The table didn't come, didn't come so I called them and they told me to have patience. I waited and waited. I called them again and they told me my table was sent back to the factory because it was damaged during transport. Of course they never called to tell me that. I waited again. I finally got the table and two of it's corners are smashed in. I am sick of dealing with them.

I bought a grill for my son for Christmas - Nice grill at a very good price - only to find out the next day his wife also bought him a grill for Christmas. So I needed to cancel my order and, as I had never heard of Phi Villa, was very concerned about canceling the order and getting my money back. But...
When I got home I sent an email to customer service requesting cancelation. The very next morning, Phil Villa customer service sent me an email confirming my cancelation and the following morning I received an email from AMEX of the reimbursement. So...

While assembly our new bar stools, one of the parts had a piece that was to insert into another parts, but was welded crookedly. The folks at Phi Villa took it seriously and searched for a new part which they sent right away and arrived in perfect condition. They stayed in touch all the way! Although not having it correct in the first place was an inconvenience, I felt backed up by the manufacturer and would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Thanks!

Sofa arrived bent and scratched. Tried contacting this company and left 4 messages, 3 emails and 10 calls I hung up on, as there is no support service. I am a senior citizen, the product weighs about 100 lbs and the box is destroyed. I have no means of fixing the box, nor anyway to get it to a carrier for return. They are not helping at all.

11/20/24: Working with the support team and making progress with them sending a new sofa- after 3 issues were found. Things are going better towards conclusion.

Started to assemble chairs and screw holes didn’t align- had to re- engineer the legs. Took 4 hours to assemble 1 chair. Second chair similar with screw holes not aligning, but learned from other chair- 1.5 hours to assemble. I would not recommend purchasing this set.

I purchased a 20x20 carport and upon receiving my carport one box had damaged parts. I contacted Phi Villa and received an answer within 24 hours stating a new box would be shipped. I received a replacement box within days. I have never received better customer service or more courteous people to deal with anywhere. Would definitely buy from Phi Villa again

I bought the expandable metal outdoor dinnette and chose 8 chairs with cushions. I love the set. I only put 6 chairs around the table and set 2 aside in a conversation area. The chairs I chose feel a little too low to eat at table with but very comfortable. The table was delivered in a timely manner and easy to put together. The chairs took a little longer to assemble but was expected. The cushions are advertised as weather and fade resistant but my two chairs were partially in the sun only a few hours a day, I have a roof over my set. Those two cushions faded. I didn't have it for more than one season. The company easily replaced the covers to the cushions. I will just keep it out of the sun.

Phi Villas is a rip off company, We bought a 1500 table and chairs and the chairs fell apart in weeks. They will do nothing for us. Looked beautiful but made so cheap. Do not buy from them ever!

I had an issues with my $1000 dining set order and contacted Phi Villa customer service to start a return. Their website says they have a 30 day return policy, but they would only offer me a $100 refund! They will not initiate the return. To make matters worse, no one answers if you call their phone number and they only reply to emails in the middle of the nite. I guess that’s what I get for ordering from a company in China.
