Table arrived damaged. Notified Phi Villa and after taking a photo of table they replaced it with no hassle

Ordered the TC7-201-405 and was super excited as it looked so nice on the picture and was a reasonable price. Received the item and as others have mentioned had a hard time with the screws on a few of the chairs, the first of which was tight but didn't seem overly so until the entire screw sheered off and I couldn't remove it or proceed to install it. Sent pictures to support and they said it was hard to see an I need to build it first? I am not going to build a chair with only 3/4 screws that will hold the body weight of whoever is sitting on it?

As for the table, one of the legs was so broken that installation is impossible (the top support that connects to the table was broken off of the remainder of the legs) and again was told I needed to build it because it was hard to see? How am I going to build a table with only 2/4 legs, even less sense. The support number on their site and product goes no where and you will only receive support via email in the middle of the night so it will take days if not weeks to get anything resolved with the asinine way of supporting you.

Update: Received replacement chairs which were ok but the second table I received had a sizable crack (which seems to have been glued back into place sticking out) in it and the original had a gap where it was manufactured with poor quaility. When I complained further to the customer service team they told me " We have sent 2 tables for you, we have spent a lot on production, warehousing, shipping and employees.
Hope you could understand.
About the cracked new table we resend, you could throw it." The fact that they sent two tables with major defects apparently I should thank them despite the high cost I paid. I seem to have a much different experience than most of the others are bots (which would make more sense). I did get 10 percent off after demanding that or a refund (still feel ripped off but went through the effort of multiple rebuilds and didn't want to fathom the shipping cost to return it all). Will not be buying from them again and highly recommending anyone else do the same. I will also say the entire customer service process was much more focused on having me to change my review than resolving the problem with the purchase.

I ordered E02GF096 patio set. The table went together without a hitch.
The first chair was a bit of a challenge: I had to really lean on it to align the holes for the last two bolts.

The second and 3rd chairs (forget trying the 4th) the final holes were SO incredibly out of alignment I think only a blacksmith could align them.

Constant busy signal when I call. Not feeling optimistic about the email query.

This company has excellent customer service, I had a broken piece on my zero-gravity chair and within 3 days I had a new one and life is good

I immediately answered and they, in turn, Immediately responded; letting me know that my account would be credited the percentage I was requesting. They also sent an additional email, letting me know my package was ready to ship with the tracking info and date of arrival. I truly appreciate the prompt attention, as well as the professional and courteous manner that was displayed to me. I would not hesitate to send my business to this company again. Upon opening the box I was surprised how well they seemed to be made and packed. I did the chairs first and found them very easy to assemble. Once finished they were very stable as was the table. I did have one fastener that had a solid head so I couldn't tighten it. I wrote an email and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they responded and willing to help they were. I can't put into words how much I appreciated their effort to please and their product really is a great buy.

We ordered a table and six chairs and the table was damaged by the carrier. I contacted customer service and very quickly they sent a replacement.
They asked for some pictures so they could go back to the carrier.
What i liked the best was the continuous email follow up on the process and timing.
I am a return customer and after this very positive follow up on a problem will be again.

I ordered patio sofa set. I was supposed to get 2 boxes but only one arrived.. missing parts.. I ordered through Amazon, but now Amazon isn't helpful. They say it's a third party seller and they can't help.. awful purchase..I don't know will I get the missing items? The status of the order is delivered now..

I recently bought a bench. It is very heavy duty. When I opened the box, I couldn’t find the directions. The company emailed me directions. I put it together with help as it is very heavy. It looks great in my yard and it’s so heavy duty that I think it will last a lifetime!

I purchased one last year and had a few difficulties with it due to me leaving it open during a storm and I was sent another one with no trouble whatsoever the person that assistant me was very understanding and moved very quickly I will be a forever customer.

Purchased Item E02GF093-B and had a defective part - specifically the part that holds the seat to the stand. When I attempted to call them at the service number provided in the box - that number being 8776062818 was continuously busy even though I called during the business hours posted on the card. When I checked their website, there was a different phone number listed for help - 9393004183 - and when I attempted to call that number, I was informed that there are no service agents available at this time and my call was then dropped. Makes me wonder what is going one. I have now attemted to email them and was given a general response message that my message has been received and "is being reviewed by our support staff".

The card in the box that says specifically (in caps) - Please do not return the item to retailer.

When I did get to a person - they were fast in replying and addressing my needs but I also asked by one representative that I change my rating to 5 stars for the 1 before I even got my replacement part. Another representative immediately told me to disregard that request

When I did get the replacement part shortly afterwards I will note that they shipped the part in a box that had smaller dimensions than the part (fortunately the part being replaced was steel and not damaged) - for that reson, I will change my rating from 1 stars (on March 22, 2023) to my current 3 star rating.

I had purchased a beautiful phivillaus bench from Amazon several months ago. I was happy with the quality and the price of the bench. I decided to purchase a second bench. I looked for the Phivillaus website and found my bench! There was a generous coupon for St Patrick's day....so I placed my order, but somehow the coupon was not applied. I contacted their customer service and was immediately sent an email noting the coupon would be honored. GREAT COMPANY....Beautiful items. I am waiting for the matching chair and table to come back into stock. Very happy with my purchase and this fine company.

Had a great experience with this company! I received my patio furniture quickly, one of the sofa arms were damaged from delivery. I contacted customer service they were very helpful to make sure we were happy. Thank you again great product and customer service.

We received our product after two days, easy to assemble, small part was broken, we requested replacement and we got it in one day, the response by email was fast and efficient

Excellent bench at a good price; it’s exactly what I was looking for. The FedEx tracking seemed to stall during our heavy rains- the status was “pending, no information available “ saying the shipment was in the next town over. Tiffany from customer service answered my query promptly, and then the delivery came on Jan 18.
Did I say exactly as I hoped? I’d add a picture if possible. Very pleased.
