What you see is not what you get.
I made a purchase in good faith based on a range of beautiful photos.
What I received was not what I purchased but an ungainly, cheap,disproportional knockoff.
I have asked for a refund but have been offered insulting compensation and advised that returning the item will be very expensive.
They have now stopped responding to me.
So, they still have not sent what I ordered and will not refund me.
Save yourself a lot of heartache and buy from someone else.
Absolute scammers. I would give them a -5 if possible.

I have seen your reply.
It is the stock standard reply you give to anyone who is unhappy with your service. You really don’t care but want the public to think you do.
I have made multiple attempts to resolve this.
I have tried two separate email threads.
I have supplied my order number.
I have provided photos of what I purchased and what you sent.
I have told you very clearly that I did not purchase the item you sent me.
You offered insulting ‘compensation’ to accept a product I did not purchase.
You tell me it will be extremely expensive to return your product but refuse to give me a return address.
As soon as I sent photos of the discrepancy between the item I purchased and the one you sent me you stopped responding.
Your public reply to me would seem to indicate a willingness to resolve the issue but your private emails to me tell a different story. I can post those here if you would like me to share more of my experience with the public.
You have my details should you really wish to resolve this.

My opinion.
You are not sorry for your actions.
You do not care about my disappointment.
Your apology is not genuine, you are merely trying to draw the problem from the public eye.
Other reviews indicate yours is a deliberate imbedded practice.
You are deceitful and the more people who know about your dodgy practices the better.

Absolute scam! Don’t purchase from them. The videos of their products are taken from another company. They’re nothing like they advertise and they won’t refund when disputed.

This product looked absolutely nothing like the picture. When I complained they offered me $4. I said I would return their crap at my own cost and then they could refund my money. Their response to that was to ignore it and offer me $7 compensation.
This company is not to be trusted. Stay well clear. Their products are crap and they are nothing but a bunch of scammers.

Scam company. Do not use! Ordered what looked like a lovely 3D witch figurine advent calendar, what I received was a cheap printed cardboard box with 24 doors that looked nothing like the lovely box shown. It was easy to open the bottom of the box to see crappy 2D printed acrylic shapes. None of which were even in their compartments. So far after asking repeatedly for a paid return envelope and full refund I have been offered a $12 refund (for a £33 purchase). I will keep trying.

nach unten hin,(wie auf der Abbildung) sondern ist in einem Kunststoffteil gegossen. Das erhöht das Gewicht. Trotzdem sehr originelle Ohrringe und sie leuchten wunderschön.

The order arrived without any problems and I was informed every week as to where my was and what was happening. It did take longer than expected to arrive.

Products arrived on time however they did not fit my stove so gifted a friend who had a stove that they fit.

The figure was very good . The size was excellent. There were a few cast lines on the back and I think that could be improved, but otherwise very good.

I would only suggest that the picture shows where the package was left. I wasn't home at the time of delivery and I couldn't tell if my package was left at the end of my laneway, or actually driven up to our house. It was left at our back door, but the picture did not reflect that. I've had many deliveries from Dragonfly and this was the first time that I couldn't actually tell where the package had been left. No problem, but perhaps you could struct the delivery person to always have the photo include the door it was dropped off at. Otherwise, quite happy with the delivery!

It took 2 months for my order to arrive and the tracking system was useless. I ordered 10 holders for planters that can attach to railings. I ordered them April 11 thinking Spring gardening. I got them June 11 after 5 emails asking where my order was. Each email was polite but useless. I received no details to tell me where or when I could expect my order. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered flower pot holders that attach to the outside of a patio railing. After ordering, I learned that our HOA does not allow this. The product took 8 weeks to arrive and the company does not support returns. I should have read the fine print, but I will never order from them again.

I ordered something for my garden from them over a month ago and its never arrived. First they showed that it was coming from Portugal. Then they said that they couldn’t track it via the shipper.
Then they said that they were sending a different order from China. Now they’re saying that the shipper there isn’t in contact. So sorry, so sorry, so sorry.
I've tried to cancel the order when the first product was lost. I’ve tried since.
This is a scammer, or scammers, not a legitimate company.
I’m never buying another product from Facebook or Instagram. They just host bad companies and products. Avoid anything from them.
I’m contacting my senators and blocking payment via my bank.

I’m extremely disappointed that I had to pay $40 out of pocket just to return products I wasn’t satisfied with. As a business, I believe it’s your responsibility to cover return costs, especially when the products didn’t meet expectations. I will never be ordering again since this is totally not worth it.

Scammers - bought to supposed silk overlay tops - would not pay £5 each for them terrible I want my money back and they are not getting back to me never by off this site. Margie Brewer

I bought a navy silk overtop probably from the same advert as the lady below, I should have read this earlier.
Th navy silk top was dreadful awful stitching, junky pockets and sleeves, given that it was XL it was not loose and flowing as advertised and looked more like an overall. Despite emailing my complaint I have still heard nothing back from them. It was expensive as well, the material is awful and look is nothing like the model was wearing. I feel scammed especially as the model was British and the company is obviously not. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought a navy silk overtop and the material is awful and the cut is nothing like the model was wearing. There is no easy way to return the item and keep being fobbed off when asked for details to return the top and get a refund it cost me $36 and have been offered $5. Never will I make this mistake again absolute total rip off.
