Good quality decking at reasonable price. However, I ordered online and was notified when ready for collection but when my partner went to collect he was told that it had already been collected! It was eventually sorted but he had to have different length planks as the length I ordered was not in stock.

Order 3.6m hard wood sleepers, very good price compared to online retailers. We changed our minds for the layout of the garden and wanted 2.4m lengths. No hassle to swap and change products at all and they were more than happy to accommodate a re-delivery and pick up of the other sleepers. Benefits of going with someone local V’s online!

Ordered and paid £500 for decking,had to wait 4 days for delivery,morning of delivery could I postpone it as they were too busy ,I replied no I needed it especially after waiting the 4 days ,then just before receiving my delivery was phoned to say out of stock and could pay extra for a longer length board ,WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE don't go there go to fencing and decking instead much more reliable
