We used Bannisters Hessle branch for the sale of our buy to let property. All the staff are very friendly and professional and handled the sale perfectly.

Jennie kept in touch regularly and made sure she was aware of the whole chain. She pushed things when we came to a standstill, when even our solicitor seemed to have given up. We would definitely use Philip Bannister if buying/selling again and highly recommend.

Great team effort in getting our sale over the line. Sue in particular was incredible and without her input I am certain we would not have completed due to lack of communication with other parties.

I have been dealing with Philip Bannister's Hessle office for the past 8 years with both rental properties and the sale of property. I cannot praise them highly enough.
They are all extremely professional and efficient but more than that they are kind, helpful and always have time to answer any questions.
Zoe was so helpful with all my tenants,the easy ones and the difficult ones. Alex is great and his photography skills are just brilliant. Sue is a 'tour de force'! She liaises so well between buyers, solicitors and vendors - a real star!
