Phantom Screens (UK) Ltd Anmeldelser

The professionalism of the guys who fitted our screens was off the chart. They were quick, efficient and extremely tidy.
The quality of the screens they fitted is fantastic. We are very happy with the outcome of this project

The surveyor was helpful, Zoe in the office was great at keeping us up to date and the fitters (Kade and his colleague, sorry did not catch name) were quick, tidy and friendly. Really great service and really pleased with the look and operation of the final powered insect screen over our bifolds.

Great quality product and excellent installation.
The fly screens match the windows perfectly.

I am really happy with the product, its installation and how well it works in a house with a dog. Phantom Screens provided a great service at all stages from start to finish.
I can now leave my bifold doors open without lots of insects getting in, which has been great in this hot weather. Previously I would have kept the doors closed, or opened one door and closed the curtains to stop the insects. Now I can see my garden, feel the fresh air coming in and keep my dog happy going in and out.
Also it is such a stylish addition to the house, very well thought out for convenience and appearance. But also very effective at keeping out the numbers of flies that used to come in.

I had my insect screens fitted a year ago and they have been life-changing. I didn't know we'd have quite so many heatwaves coming but without the screens I think I would have melted.

Alison answered all of my early questions and gave me an estimate straight away. Then they got me free tickets to the Homes and Reonovations show so I could meet them and see the screens first hand. I was getting new sash windows installed and thanks to Simon's advice, got them with the trickle vents in the right place and no sash hooks! Next up, Kade did the survey, Zoe sent me the quote and Kade fitted them. I am absolutely thrilled. They are wonderful - just totally blend in!

I just had to leave a review here as recently one of the blinds stopped retracting - within 5 minutes of getting on the phone with Zoe, it's working ilke a charm again. Proper customer service and robust products. So worth the investment,

Great experience from start to end. Installation was professional. Really happy with our retractable fly screen for our kitchen door plus the finish is a good match.

Very easy to organise an appointment, listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were. We’re able to deal with those easily. Had to wait a little while for fitting appointment as they were busy but that was ok and worth it as they look fabulous and am looking forward to being insect free!!! Great company to work with and a reasonable price too. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from initial contact to final installation. Excellent product as well.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. From customer service to fitting . Would highly recommend this company .

We were already aware of the company as my parents had the doors fitted a few years ago.

The customer service has been first class from beginning to end- and we love our new fly screen door. Would definitely recommend.

From start to completion this is a wonderfull company to deal with. Survey was good with all aspects explained. Quotation was quick and any questions quickly answered by their office. The fitting date arranged and was done by a very efficient young man named Kade. He was polite and explained the operation of the equipment thoughly. A super.clean worker, and as an ex constuction sitr manager I was pleasantly supprised. Have allready recomended your service

A brilliant product, installed quickly and easily and professional by Kade and the most helpful team to get this arranged and booked in. Cannot rate more highly !

Really brilliant service: quick, tidy, friendly, helpful, and most of all - the screens are working perfectly.

We choose Phantom Screens to provide automated solar shading to a south facing large lift and slide window and to three west facing windows. They have also supplied and manual fitted fly screens for the remaining opening windows in our new build.

From start to finish the team have been really good to work with, and the site install and finished product is premium and looks great.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Phantom screens to others.

What a fantastic company! Professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I recently had 12 fly screens fitted, and they both look superb and work perfectly.

The installation was carried out quickly and efficiently, and Jamie was meticulous about clearing up after himself, leaving everything spotless. The quality of the product and the level of customer service have both been outstanding.

I’m absolutely delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone considering fly screens.

We know the engineer from previous installations and knew he would do a good job which, of course, he did. Everything from order to final installation was handled professionally. We are pleased with the results and would recommend Phantom Screens to anybody.

The staff are all very helpful and know their product range. The installation technician, Kade, is very professional and installed the product efficiently and cleared away any mess. Very good company, very good staff.

With the recent hot weather, how wonderful it was to have all my fly screens in use to let in the evening breeze but keep the flies out! Great quality screens and superbly fitted by Kade. Used this company before and very happy with their products and customer service Zoe and Alison. Thank you.

From start to finish the team were brilliant. Helping to design, and meet what we wanted. The screed fitting went without a hitch, and we absolutely love them. Living in the countryside they have changed our lives!

Excellent service once again! A very happy customer!
