Ordered 2 bottles of olive oil and paid for express delivery. 11 days later, my order still seems not to have been dispatched, there has been no response to my emails, and there doesn't seem to be a phone number so I can't speak to them. I have listened to Dr Simon Poole speaking about extra virgin olive oil and the Mediterranean diet and thought he genuinely cared about helping people to improve their health, but his company has not delivered my order, the customer service is non-existent, and I am out of pocket. I would certainly not advise ordering from them, and would have given no stars for my review if this had been an option.

The order was easy to place, arrived quickly and well packaged.
More importantly the olive oil is, without doubt, the best quality I have ever tried.
I absolutely recommend it.

I have bought PGFY before and really like it. I would have given 5 stars, however I ordered 4 bottles, which arrived at the end of Feb, but with a best before date of the end of March 2026. The bottles state the harvest date was Nov 2024.

As much as I love EVOO, I would never use this much in one month, i.e. before the best before date. I had contacted PGFY both via their website and Instagram to ask if the oil would be from the 2025 harvest but received no reply. I ordered it anyway as I thought there was no way they would sell more than a single bottle so close to the best before date.

I will still use the oil but feel really disappointed that it will have deteriorated and lost some of the health benefits.

A fantastic product. Not just good for you but also a great taste. Definitely my “go to” olive oil!

There was no item. The courier Royal mail had left on my doorstep when returned had no parcel. Very disappointed. I am out of pocket and not happy with delivery service lack of email response to my complaint. Wish had extra virgin olive oil to enjoy but no .

Great taste, amazing health benefits with guaranteed high levels of polyphenols. I feel good for using it on everything I eat!

As an EVOO addict I have to say this is by far the best oil I have ever tried. I'm accutely aware of polyphenols in my diet and to know the content in the PGFY oil is very helpful for me. The flavour of this oil is exceptional, I feel like its going to waste when I use it in cooking because I dont get to experience the robust character of it. Excellent all round.

The delivery of the product was super quick and traceable. I did some comparison tasting with other extra-virgin olive oils I had, but this one beat the others particularly with the peppery kick you get in the after taste. I would use this for drizzling or with bread - too good to use for cooking! Great to know that this is good for your health

I have been using this lovely gentle oil for a while now.
Great for cooking and drizzling over salads.
A measure of 5 or 10 mls a day taken 'neat' can only be beneficial to one's health.
Highly recommended by me

Used some of their olive oil and it is excellent quality so shared with some friends and they said the same.
Difficult to get high quality olive oil at a good price but this hits the spot

The Olive Oil is incredible. Full of flavour and enjoyed by family and guests alike. I feel a little guilty cooking with it. I recommend it to all.

I ordered 4 bottles of positively good for you olive oil. The bottles that arrived were already past their best before date. I emailed to check if there had been a mistake but never received a reply. I left a poor review.

November I was contacted as an employee hadn't been answering the emails. They apologised and sent me replacements for free. Nice gesture. Much appreciated.

PGFY oil tastes great and is perfect for cooking with. It also works beautifully drizzled over salads and pasta for some extra flavour.
