Very fast delivery and excellent customer service! I have ordered from them twice now. Faster than Amazon and great to support an Irish company.

Since Covid kicked in I have ordered wild bird food from Petworld.ie a number of times. The ordering process is zero fuss and easy. The package in most cases 25KG of bird peanuts has arrived the following day or at worst 2 days. Excellent work, very good price and I will be ordering again I have no doubts.

Poor customer service, slow shipment. Not very responsive. I ordered on the 23rd of March ( Tuesday) chick crumbs and chicken tonic as all my local suppliers run out. As the new chicks arrived the following Sunday. On the 30st of March I am getting informed chicken food is out of stock with suggestions for alternative. I agree on the product. Now April the 2nd another 3 days later still no confirmation of shipment or a delivery.
Not a happy customer, will not order again.

Excellent experience with my first order online, one of the products was out of stock and I was called by a very nice lady who offered me an alternative product or a refund. Also, great quality products and very good value. I had the parcel delivered in less than 24h with DPD, can’t get any better, I will definitely order again.

Excellent service in store or online. With one dog and five cats we get through a fair amount of product and Petworld always has what we need.

Normally go into shop but ordered online because of Covid situation. A complete mess 1) Two parcels arrived on different days 2) Delivery left short but charged full amount 3) No invoice or delivery docket 4) Customer service unhelpful, I'm expected to do all the work even though the mess up is theirs.

I have ordered from Petworld a few times now. Delivery is fast and reliable and free. Products seem to be good value. My complete order may not necessarily come in one delivery, but the items do all arrive quite quickly and within a day or two of each other. I would recommend them.

Excellent customer service. Within 5 mins of placing my order I received a phone call telling me that the cat beds I wanted came in a variety of colours and asking if I would like to choose they then apologised that delivery would be a little longer than usual because of the Bank Holiday. Goods arrived a day earlier than expected and there was a handwritten note inside thanking me for my order lovely touch.

Tried to order an item that was unable to be found anywhere in UK or from the Belgian manufacturer (a specific divider for a dog crate already bought elsewhere). Petworld do not normally send orders out with Ireland but when I explained the problem they sourced a couple of couriers and I received the divider within two days. Excellent service.

Petworld delivered what I ordered when they said it would be delivered. Can't get better than that!
