Doctor Ong and the two ladies that accompained her made the process to let our yellow lab "Bella" stop suffering. They are so "human", kind, professional and you can just tell they are good people that are not interested in ripping you off. They have very reasonable fees that we were happy to pay for such a kind job.

When I made my appointment with PetWorks unfortunately, they assigned me to Dr. Richtermyer. In my option Dr. Richtermyer does not have the knowledge as her colleagues. My kitten had upper respiratory issues which included the eyes. I was going there from December 21, 2023 - February 15, 2024 and All Dr. Richtermyer wanted to focus on was the eyes not the whole picture. Unfortunately, Dr. Richtermyer's colleagues did not want to get involved and basically did not want to treatment my kitten anymore. If they would have focused on the whole picture, my kitten my still be alive. Meiko passed on 3/12/2024. I will NEVER go to PETWORKS AGAIN!

I am so grateful for Petworks, because of this site, I found a very knowledgeable pet nutritionist who is helping me with my dog who has many health issues. This site has a big variety of many pet services. Very user friendly, they care about the professionals on their site. Once I joined the site, the owner introduced himself thru their inbox mail making me feel comfortable with any questions I had. Always got back to me promptly, very pleasant. Please check out the site if you need any pet services, I am glad I did.

Amazing platform still a few bugs because it’s still young but the customer service from the creators and staff is nothing but excellent they care about their product and I see PetWorks being the next big thing in our ever growing pet services industry. Keep it up guys I’m here with you for the long haul! 💪🏻👍🏻😁

Petworks has been a great way for people to find professional help with their animals. The format is such that you can evaluate and allow you to see the options available for what you need. I find that when people are able to make their choice of vendor ( for me, that is as an animal communicator) they are more connected and open to the process. Petworks site is easy to use and there is great support for customers as well as vendors. What more could you ask for?

This is a marvelous site to connect with other pet owners! It offers so many things, including helping someone find pet diet advice. I have been going to this site for resources for years!
I highly recommend this site for anyone who is an animal lover!

I'm a custom pet portrait oil painter and have had wonderful experiences with Petworks!

They bring me top notch clients, have made improvements that benefit portrait artists like me AND our clients, and the customer service is unbeatable.

I've also used it as customer looking for services for my own dog, smooth as a pancake.

I signed onto Petworks when it first launched and am so pleased that I did.

As a provider of pet loss support services to grieving pet parents, I have found the Petworks messaging and booking platform to be very straightforward and easy to use--both for me and for my clients. As well, the support given by Petworks to their pet professionals is always prompt and courteous, and I know that any issues I might have will be addressed and resolved right away.

I appreciate all that Petworks has to offer pet parents and service providers alike, and look forward to watching the site continue to grow and expand its offerings in the future.

I love working with Petworks as a service provider on their platform and have been since 2020. I do not understand the negative reviews, and it appears that most are not even directly related to Petworks. I love how efficient this site is and how they are constantly striving to update and improve it. Great customer service on Petworks and I love the simplicity and ease of being able to book appointments and be paid promptly. My clients find it easy to navigate as well.

I have received several requests for pet portraits and just fulfilled my first one. The experience working through Petworks was great and I am thrilled to be getting leads through their site! Keep up the great work Petworks, this relationship will be long term I hope.

I worked with Peggy Lubahn, animal communicator from Michigan. Her reading of our horse's needs at the end of her life was extremely helpful and so loving. It was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life and affirmed that letting her go was the right decision. Peggy was a blessing when I was struggling with the decision to let her go. Highly recommend her services. She is loving and caring.

Heavy set female working here is absolutely rude to people I was afraid to leave my dog with her out of concern she would abuse him. Please beware of this place if you love your pet.

Do not support this business. Lory Ventura is disgraceful. She harassed and bullied other businesses. Not a nice human being. Imagine the harm she could do to your pet.

We wanted a painting of our good friends beloved cat that sadly passed. Jupey Gale surpassed all of our expectations, the painting was gorgeous and captured Gizmos personality perfectly. Our friend was blown away with this wonderful painting. We will absolutely be using her service again.

I am a Pet Transporter with Savannah Carriers LLC. I have used Petworks for a few months now. It is one of the most user friendly transportation pages out there. It allows you to show your company name so users can see that you provide a higher quality service than others. This is a big deal for quality providers. I have no issues

I dropped my cat off over a year ago to get freezed dried, paid $1000 up front (still owe $500) and have not been able to get into contact with thiw woman for over 6 months now. She will not return any of mine or my mother's phone calls or emails.Reported it to the BBB still with zero response to any of this, I just want my cat back 😭

Can't say enough about Joy and the service that was provided. This is 2nd time we have used them. Would not go to any other place. If you loved them and want a wonderful send off, here is where you want them to be. Brought a friend's pet here, told him all what they do here.. Thanked me so much for letting him about Paw Prints Forever.
