Good choice of dog beds my dog house got here today it’s roof is pretty simple to attach and seems sturdy now I’ve put it up dog was really curious and once she’s gone in she’s just sat there with her head poking out looks really funny. I would recommend the house for smaller dogs mines a Westie and fits fine in the large glad I asked the customer service what size to get. Very happy no problems.

Ordered 2 dog beds. Total 75.00. Never received. Total scam, please do not use. Cobtacting trading standards tomorrow they need closing down.

Rectangle bed arrived today, no issues took about a week and half to arrive. Shipping policy is on website, and delivery was free. Ta Chris

Do not use!! I ordered a dog bed over 3 weeks ago and had no updates or reply. There is no indication on the website that this comes from China. Completely ripped off

I recently bought a collar from Petsnooze and I am very happy with my experience. The collar is good quality and looks pretty on my fur baby. The customer service was also great I had a few questions about sizing and the width of the collar I liked and the representative was knowledgeable and helpful and the collar now it’s here fits perfectly. I would recommend.

Ordered a dog bed on the 12th January and chased 3 times for an update on delivery only to get a standard automated reply! Would now like a full refund however only getting an automated response. Next step will be citizens advice as this company is quite happy to take your money and not provide the goods!!

Dog house squashed into a bag, which has caused it to be distorted, badly made, faulty zip! Sending straight back!

Worth every penny the dog coat I ordered fits perfect had a harness on the back so no messing around with collars and the green colour is spot on for what I wanted delivery was 14 days no biggie because it was free will definitely use this site again when I get my new pup in March.

Shameful company. Order placed in December which was a gift. Since then no comma from company and no order received. I have chased so many times but been ignored so ended up disputing with credit card company to get money back. If I could give zero stars I would as even 1 star is way too much!

I’d recommend avoiding this dishonest company.

I ordered a pet bed 2 weeks ago, paid and had confirmation and nothing has been delivered. I have emailed to track, but the track system does not work and I have received not reply to my query about my missing pet bed. I think they have ripped me off. Steer clear!

Ordered a dog house for my puppy and within 3 days it fell part (cost near 50 pounds).....stitching came fully away from the roof of the house..I have tried endless attempts to contact and resolve amicably. Endless delaying, excuses with zero resolution. Cannot phone them as all services online.
Customer services is pretty poor so cannot recommend these guys on quality of goods and customer services. Especially poor.

Ordered a dog house just before Christmas chased up on New Years and I had a professional quick response from there customer service delivery arrived 4th Jan which I thought was perfectly acceptable due to Christmas and the Royal Mail issues. Dog house is great reasonably priced I didn’t have to pay a delivery charge so all in all I am very happy and comfortable to order again

Avoid at all costs website very vague with only an email to contact and no address details, my wife ordered a pet bed in early November for Christmas it is now 12th January 2023 and no show.

It has a tracking number but is not even in transit yet so have requested a refund via email not keeping my hopes up that I will get.

Just avoid as such companies shouldn't be trading in the UK.

Got my new fluffy dog bed on Friday very pleased with the colour and quality feels good I didn’t want a round one because my dog likes to stretch out so the rectangle shape is ideal. No problems with delivery or communication happy to recommend this company. Tammy

Well worth the money if you are looking for an indoor den type bed for your pup. I ordered the teddy style house for my new pup called Teddy and it suits him wonderfully! He feels safe as it is all covered over. Brilliant purchase and I can upsize as he grows. Delivered on time and I received update emails when dispatched and ready for delivery, customer service where efficient and as a first time customer I am over the moon with my new bed.

Perfectly happy with my new dog bed, fluffy well padded and a lovely colour. Nice service acceptable delivery time over Christmas. Will buy again when I need a replacement. Thank you

Ordered a dog bed on 10th December. Petsnooze took the money from my account on the 12th December. I have still not received my order. I have emailed multiple times requesting a refund and I’m repeatedly told it is in transit. Awful customer service. Do not use this company.

Although the product is as intended, the delivery time was ridiculous. Not a UK company, delivery came from China.

If I could give them 0 stars, believe me I would.

To sum it up, I have had such a painful experience with this company, and they did NOTHING on their end to make it easier. All I wanted was a simple item for my puppy.

I ordered a dog bed in November, over a month ago. After a few weeks, I decided to email them about it, because it was taking too long. It should be noted that during this time, I had ordered parcels and received them within the same week. So I decided to email them, and received an automated email in response, giving me a tracking link. I already had this, so this was useless. I proceeded to email a few days later, asking for a genuine update as to why it was taking so long. They had once again given me a useless response. Fast forward almost two weeks after, and I was still having this back and forth exchange via email with them, gaining nothing out of it, only them assuring me it would arrive.

It arrived a month after I ordered it.
But this wasn’t the end.
Turns out, I ordered the wrong item size by mistake, and I realised it as I saw the size of the package. I immediately re wrapped it and wrote to them stating as such, sending them everything required within a 30 day return/refund period.
They then said they would check with the manager and let me know in a few hours. This was a few days ago. I have had no useful response on their part, and am truly starting to believe that they won’t let me return the item on purpose after the 30 day trial period!!

After this hassle, if there’s one piece of advice I could give, I would say that you should NOT ever buy from this company.
