When my Autoship arrived the other day, the Uber driver also mistakenly dropped off two heavy pails of kitty litter that were supposed to have been delivered to someone else.

I notified PetSmart and was told -- twice -- that PetSmart will not arrange to have them removed and that I am responsible for getting rid of them.

These pails are very heavy. I'm not young, and there's no way I can lug them to my car and lift them in. So there there sit by my front door.

But why should I be held responsible?

PetSmart need to arrange to have the Uber driver come and get the pails off my front doorstep.

ZERO STARS if I could. Took my dog to be groomed and they totally messed everything up. They refunded me but then the manager states she had many complaints in the computer that staff noted on me and said we are banned from the grooming dept. I have NEVER once complained until this time and was sure the manager made that up. Complaining isn’t even my nature when I’ve been wronged. I did contact corporate to file a formal complaint about the unsatisfactory grooming. In fact, because I’m a non confrontational person, I asked her for a do-over once my dog’s hair grew out. She declined because she said that would take too long and she offered the refund.
Needless to say, I’m ok with their decision to not groom my dog. It’s my absolute pleasure to try another groomer that’s not so commercialized and not so stimulating for my fur baby.

I know I’m late posting due to life experiences. However, I had to make sure I got this review in. I had a great first encounter at the Waldorf, Maryland location with groomer Asia. From start to finish she was knowledgeable, attentive, and took very close care of my cat. She did an excellent job on his wash, cut, ear cleaning, nail trim, and file. Even gave me future recomendations! She also, was great on communications. My cat loved her aura and so did I. I will def be back for her specifically.

Petsmart in santa maria ca is the best the manager joeseph listens to his customers is hard working he is either helping with customers at register or helping find something also bringing carts in he does everything always greets people entering and thanks them when they leave he is very good person

I did an online order for prescription product and uploaded the prescription from the vet. I had a $15 coupon for this order. My order was canceled with no explanation other than I needed to contact my vet. I had a valid prescription which they apparently won't take. I tried to do a reorder and it will no longer honor the $15 coupon. Customer service was NO HELP. The only thing they would say was call my vet. They could give me no reason why they would not accept the prescription I uploaded.

Website is diabolically designed. Every time I get items in my cart, the entire website greys itself out. It does lead to me buying my pet food from a local small business though instead. Which also is priced cheaper per can. So it does work out in the end. But this is inefficient.

We attend training classes for our dog at PetSmart NYC. The staff is attentive and courteous. Our trainer is the best. We are in the process of making our pup a REAL service animal. She is learning to alert on medication times and handling panic attacks. This is in addition to learning the skills to be qualified to enter restaurants, stores, medical visits. We began in a puppy class and have worked our way up to preparing for an AKC certification. Kaila G. is our trainer.

I’ve used PetSmart at random locations across the country this year as we travel. I use the app to make appointments for dog grooming. The pet is 12 pounds and short hair. The pet is calm and not dangerous at 7 years old. The issue is the groomers are lazy and irresponsible, don’t follow the orders I pay for. I repeatedly have to inspect the work done and repeatedly make them repeat the work till I’m satisfied. As for the various stores, it’s clearly ignored. Many stores are dirty and falling apart.

Our cashier was so sweet and patient with my mini schnauzer, who can get triggered easily in stores. She took the time to acknowledge him, got him to shake a paw and lay down, and gently redirected him when he got distracted. Her kindness to both of us completely made my day. Thank you for such wonderful, caring service—we’ll definitely be back!

Terrible experience, we went to get a pet fish and they tried to oversell us, and when we asked for a standard goldfish, they said they were only for feeding a bigger animal! Never going again

I took my dog for s bath and haircut but do to how young my dog is only 8 months they cancel the haircut but when ahead and did the bath and brush when I picked up my dog he smelled like a wet dog. And that was not the worse part I have never been treated so bad I felt like I was asking for a free service. The 2 techs that checked me in were more worried about there phone than helping me. That was my first and last time that I will take my dog with them. Very very bad customer service

It’s decent store kinda salty on price and don’t understand why they throw expired pet food away instead of donating to hungry animals they say they donate but u go look in dumpster see all expired fooled and dead animals at time staff ok orders decent customer service fair at times

Zero compassion, zero accountability, zero customer service. I took my 8 month old yorkie puppy there for Doggie Day Camp. We were visiting family in California and had a couple events where we needed care. We certainly did not receive that. The first time we took her, we thought she would have a great time because she loves other dogs and loves to play. Left her with some treats and were given the camera QR code to see how she was doing. Unfortunately she was scared the entire time when we checked in on her and she either sat alone or next to the human that was watching over the group of dogs. There was every size of dog and they told me that they combined them that day with the overnighters because there was not that many. I would guess there was around 12-15 dogs in one room. I wasn't happy but it certainly was not their fault that she was scared. When we picked her up she stunk so bad that I had to bathe her as soon as we got back to our AirBnB. The following Sunday we needed care again and we thought maybe she would be a little familiar with the environment and it would be a good thing to socialize her more. That day on the way there, I logged into the cameras but they were not working. When we got there, we were told that they were down and had been down for a couple of days. People had been calling them to see what was wrong!!! If that was the case why would you not fix it right away??! A camera for us fur parents is critical to see how your dog is doing. At least for us it is! When we arrived to pick her up, the Doggie Day Care room was empty, no sign of our puppy. They brought her out, it was obvious it was a traumatic day for her again.

Since then I have attempted a number of times to get some compassion from PetSmart. Sending messages to them repeatedly about what happened. An "I'm so sorry, I was the one there, I gave her food, she ate it all and gave her treats to her, she was fine", just wasn't enough. Well I didn't drop her off with food!! Total BS. And how would I know because the cameras didn't work, I never saw her all afternoon! I don't know she was FINE. It just never sat well with me, so I reached out again. Then one day, I get a phone call from someone (I can't even keep track of who I spoke to), and at that time I couldn't take the call. She did call me back when I asked and then told me that she would arrange for a refund and I could come to the store and get it. Well, I live in another state! So she said that she would arrange for the refund to be at my local PetSmart. I went there and the manager there told me that he had no idea what I was talking about and had no authority to issue me a refund. He said that I should contact a regional manager to help me. Tried that and got crickets. Nothing. No help. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND PETSMART OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Chewy, PetCo, Amazon and local pet stores will be where I buy items for my animals. I recommend you all to do the same and NEVER use Almaden California PetSmart.

I took my dog to petsmart on crater lake hwy in medford oregon, they did not clip my dogs fur,they traumatized my dog it took 2 days for my dog to get back to normal, they lied to me about what they done, they charged me for a fur clip when it was obvious they hadn't done anything,I WILL NOT EVER TAKE MY DOG TO ANY PETSMART LOCATION AGAIN the little girl who did this to my dog was very discourtious and RUDE,THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS ALSO RUDE AND INDIFFERENT TO ME

If I could give a zero I would. No point in signing up for autoship, you'll never receive it. Four months in and I still have not been able to get an autoship and the two times I've called, I've been given different reasons. Not worth the time or effort.

The 20% off in large lettering reads like the sale is 20% off all treats. in small print you need to download their app and the discount is on a future purchase. Ridiculous way to run a sale. I felt like I got scammed into buying product at full price since I didn't want to jump through the hoops.

I can't add to the any. The reviews cause they're all bad, and I agree, I just repeating what they say. They're trained to lie and to Deceive people

I needed brilliant gentle Dylan to be bathed and groomed as he may be soon in a movie. I spoke to the PetSmart store mgr. in their Aventura Florida location and she assured me she had a groomer with 30 years experience who would give Dylan an excellent grooming. When I got to the store for the appointment, instead of a man with 30 years experience, I was assigned to some young woman, who, when she went to take Dylan's leash he tugged a little on his leash and she immediately declared he was "too aggressive" and they would not groom Dylan. Half day wasted with the these idiots and the store manager had obviously lied to me about the "groomer with 30 years experience" Lousy store, lousy groomers, lousy dishonest store mgr. I'm as disgusted as can be. Dylan never bites anyone and lives with 3 smaller dogs, 4 cats and lots of parrots and Dylan is brilliant and listens to commands with amazingly well.... practicing for his forthcoming potential movie role. He sleeps on our bed with his little Pomeranian friend Mia tucked up next to him... No wonder that store has little customer traffic.

I'm a fish guy. I like their collection for beginners and occasionally tank deals. But the stores I went to doesn't take good care of their fish. Betta fish always look sad.

The store ignored a special even though the sign was still up there for 50 count dog pads they were on special for $11.99 and I was charged over $20 for them. The sign that said they were on special did not give a size and the store would not honor. This is the store on Centerton Rd., Mount Laurel Township, and the woman who would not honor the sale was named Faith. I have returned everything and hope never to shop at PetSmart again.
