This is not a UK based company, despite having a co.uk extension on the website. Delivery times are advertised as being relatively quick, but on dispatch it advises 10 working days (so up to two weeks).

When ordering on the website, it stated delivery was much quicker, which is why I opted for this company over others.

I feel this is very misleading, especially as it isn't stated clearly that the company is based in France. This is why delivery takes so long.

Just be aware if you are in the UK and need the items relatively quickly.

I have used Petit-Fernand multiple times now for labels for my children’s school clothes, shoes and tupper wear. They are competitively priced, very good quality, durable and they post out quickly too. I’d recommend to anyone looking for labels for school (especially the stick on ones, so quick and easy!!).

I love this company. Have placed orders with them quite a few times but this time I got the name stickers but when I went to use them they were very difficult to peel off as seemed to be an extra layer of clear plastic or whatever it is they use . I contacted them and they sent me a new order out straight away and I received them today and they r perfect . I am so happy and I will definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them too 10/10. Their customer service is brilliant

Excellent once again, have been buying these labels for the last 5 years. This time my order was lost in the post but after a quick email and brilliant customer service another was shipped out at no extra cost to me. Took 4/5 days and they arrived. The stick on clothes labels last all school year with multiple washes, they don’t fade or come off. Wouldn’t use any other company for labels, 100% recommended.

They sent me someone else’s order, I have paid for something and received something completely wrong. I am very disappointed

The labels are very good quality and the design is cute. It took around 8 days from order to delivery. I was aware there would be a delay as the product came from France to the UK. Very well priced. I will order again. Thanks Petit Ferdinand

Ho avuto un ritardo nella consegna, perchè il corriere non ha trovato nessuno a casa; Chiara del servizio clienti è stata gentilissima, disponibile e professionale, mi ha sempre risposto immediatamente alle mail e ha insistito per risolvere il problema del ritardo, inviandomi un'altra borraccia senza spendere niente, senza aspettare che ritornasse indietro al mittente la prima che era in consegna.
Oltretutto sono gli unici che non hanno borracce Made in China!

Maybe I have just been unlucky but I have had an awful experience with petit fernand. I placed my order in April and they were not shipped until June. I had no response to any request for an update on shipping but by some coincidence they shipped the day after I mentioned submitting a chargeback request via my bank. It’s been over two weeks since they supposedly shipped the items and it is stating that they have been delivered but I have not received anything in the post. I am now trying to get a refund but not been successful with getting through to customer service. I will be avoiding in the future!

I buy labels from this company every year and I have done since 2021. They are amazing quality, easy to use and the choice of styles are great.

I have been sent the wrong stick on labels twice now and am still waiting for the correct ones to arrive over a month later. Customer service is poor. Delivery time is poor. None of the phone numbers I can find online work to actually speak to someone about my order. Avoid avoid avoid!

I honestly think the good reviews are bots because none of these labels lasted one wash. I followed the instructions perfectly. Such a disappointment and waste of money.
