HotTronics boot warmers installed on the wrong feet
I purchased HotTronics boot warmers for my wife for Christmas. Peter Glenn offered to install them for free and I thought to myself "sure, love customer service like that". Well, my wife had boot pain on her ankle bone the first day we skied. She tried to adjust the tongue and got some relief. I took out the liners that night to adjust them, figure out what was hurting her feet and guess what? Peter Glenn had put the liners in the wrong feet! Left was in right, right was in left. I swapped the liners and the boots were perfect again. I usually don't post negative reviews. But this one... pretty disappointing. Simple task, horrible execution. I've been a customer of Peter Glenn for over 30 years. All experiences were good up until this one. I'll give them a chance to recover from this screw up but I might switch up my local ski shop in Atlanta.
