Beautifully light while warm and substantial. Fit so well designed that it looks like it was made for him. And he looks so handsome and HAPPY when he wears it. LOVE the hug the gorgeous collar gives him.

My PC jacket is exactly as how I wanted it to be; the color is true to how it was described; the sizing is a perfectly accurate cut; the price was certainly worthy of the English craftsmanship.

I received the Peter Christian catalog and reviewed their products looking for colored pants in a pleated style. Once I determined those I wished to purchase, I called to place the order. The person who answered the telephone took my order but did not understand me clearly because I had to repeat myself. Normally, I just order online, but I had some questions about several items. This order taker was not able to answer my questions so I just placed the order to see what the product would be like. My order arrived within one week, which I feel is fair seeing that it is shipped from the UK to the US. I was very pleased with the quality of the fabric of the chinos and the cut that I ordered. Next time I need more man's pants I will most likely order again from this vendor.

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I’m pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the quality of the chinos and their cut.
I’m sorry to hear that there were issues with the clarity of communication when placing your order and that your questions were not fully addressed. We will review this feedback to improve our service and ensure that our team is better equipped to assist with product inquiries.
In answer to your query, a wool-blend is generally slightly more durable due to wool fibers naturally being more resilient than cotton. Additionally, our luxury wool and silk options do come in a pleated front, contrary to the flat front that you were advised. I apologise for this misinformation.
For product information queries, it is best to call our customer service line between Monday and Friday, 4 am to 12 pm (EST). This will connect you to our head office, where agents are best equipped to answer such queries.
We look forward to serving you again in the future. If you have any further questions or need assistance with future orders, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Kind Regards, Peter Christian
