Pest Hub London Anmeldelser

I’m really happy with the service provided by Pest Control, alhamdulillah! From the excellent customer service to the treatment itself, everything was explained clearly, including how to prepare the home beforehand and what to expect from the heat treatment for bed bugs.

They were professional, helpful, and reassuring throughout the process. They also gave me useful advice on getting rid of items I no longer need, which was a great bonus. We had a few constraints, but they reassured me that they would work with us to resolve everything.

Overall, I’m really pleased with the service and hope the treatment gets rid of all the bed bugs once and for all, insha’Allah. I would definitely recommend Pest Control to anyone struggling with a bed bug problem. Thank you for the great service and customer care!

We had the spray treatment and it completely got rid of our bed bug problem!

They were professional and on-time, also kindly answered a lot of my questions as the whole situation was super anxiety inducing but they helped me feel at ease!!

Amazing service!

Really great experience with Pest Hub for the year or so we’ve been a client. Nice guys, very professional (love all the due diligence!) and feel like we’re in safe hands

Sany and Mahfuz treated my one bedroom loft apartment with a heat treatment and fumigation. They were very considerate in terms of keeping me up to date on timings and booking an appointment. Any doubt I had was answered professionally. Not only were they professional but friendly and I had a few good laughs with them. Bless them they were drenched in sweat from the heat and their hard work and for that reason I strongly recommend their service and I personally would return to them if any pest appear again.

My experience was very positive as the team were incredibly informative from the start. It is a scary situation for most but they managed to reassure me throughout.
They do a check on the day of all furniture to ensure the best outcome for the heat treatment, in addition to pictures and videos of the progress throughout the day.
Overall, a fantastic service which I can only recommend. The pricing is good taking into account the guarantee and support thereafter.

Home Hub- Pest control specialists Did a n excellent job on initial review and proofing job by building team

I would highly recommend pest hub to help support any pest control issues.

Initially they helped me with my wasp nest and then we had a mouse which they came and assessed the house and essentially bulletproof the house.

They also recommended a building service to help board up any entry routes.

The thing I liked most about pest hub they were very responsive to WhatsApp and follow up visits which is very reassuring when you have a pest in the house

Thanks to all your lovely staff for a great service

Experienced bed bugs and looked straight to tik tok. Came across pest hub and the service they provided was 15 out of 10. Very informative and for the price, they provide alot! Thankful to the team! A job well done!

Amazing job, the brothers worked hard esp in 65 degrees heat in the house while it was even hot outside. Even though it was really hot they didn't rush and stayed the full hours making sure all rooms were complete. It's definitely not a easy job and they charge less than anyone else I've enquired with.

The company is friendly and knowledgeable. They communicate well, turn up on time. The
three Pest Controllers were
very respectful of my home and left my flat cleaner than they found it. They actually went beyond what I expected.

I had a serious bed bug problem in my house and it was extremely stressful. After trying sprays and DIY solutions that didn’t work, I decided to hire a professional pest control company. From the first phone call, the team was very helpful and explained the whole process clearly.

The technician arrived on time, inspected the property carefully, and explained where the bed bugs were hiding and how the treatment would work. The treatment was done professionally and the staff were polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home.

After the treatment, they also gave helpful advice on how to prevent bed bugs from coming back. Within a few days I noticed a huge difference, and now the problem is completely gone. Being able to sleep peacefully again is such a relief.

I highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with bed bugs. Their service was professional, reliable, and worth the money.

Many Thanks Sany & Team

Shuber

I use them in the past and they were really good, very professional and very helpful and when I asked them to re-check a year later they came around as promised and checked for me without even making a charge.

Professional, punctual, and very honest. They did a thorough bed bug survey and didn't try to push treatments I didn't need.

Sany and his team did a good job cleaning and securing my attic after a rat infestation. Communication was timely and the service solution was professionally managed.

Efficient and polite service! The mice have gone!

The team provided an excellent service and Sany was incredibly informative and helpful providing plenty of advice beforehand. Thank you!

We had a flea infestation problem in our house. The team were amazing and came at our convience. Everything was done very professionally and we were offered Heat Treatment but opted for Fumigation as worked better for us. We haven’t had any problems since the first treatment. We would highly recommend this company. Excellent communication with the team and very good response time, everything was explained in detail and answered any questions we had.

Responded promptly to my urgent issues which was very much appreciated. Very friendly and efficient service. Would definitely recommend.

Very prompt response after submitting a message via Checkatrade, came out same day and quickly and professionally removed the wasp nest in our loft. Would recommend.
