I ordered the Cockroach Kill and Control Treatment Kit, this product did a fantastic job!, as a plus the delivery was super fast and their communication was very good.

Placed order (4242/120422/19) in April, at 10:00 on a Tuesday, as their website promised Next-Day delivery and I planned to be around for it. They didn't even bother processing the order until Wednesday, when I received a DHL e-mail at 11:20, 25 hrs after the order was placed! E-mailed to ask they cancel the order as I would not be available on Thursday; they never bothered responding and DHL left the parcel sitting outside my house overnight.

Had to send another e-mail before they bothered replying, whereby I had to return the item at my own expense, and multiple requests for full refund were ignored; leaving me out of pocket nearly £15 due to their lie of Next-Day delivery and the return shipping.

Avoid at all costs.

No communication & Delivery issues. I purchased two products from one of their sister sites "Rat and mouse pest control" (order 2312m). Company states on website next day delivery(£5.95), even though I ordered at 09.20 on Thurs 5th May, It was not dispatched until Friday as received an email from DHL(no comm's from company). So did not get delivered until the following Monday. There is no phone number on the site & the only way of contact is via their email messaging service. Which I did use on the Friday to ask for a refund of some or all of the delivery charge & I'm still waiting for a reply.

Bought 2 product from them for spiders. One that I had received, looks totally different than on the photo of their website. I emailed and highlighted the issue, and got a reply that it was the very same product and the best for spiders. Well, none of them work. Spiders couldn’t care less about it. Funnily enough, my review disappeared from their website.

I purchased a chain link door fly screen, in bronze, to match the decor of the room where it is used.

I’m really happy with it! Colour is lovely, and the chain links are a good weight which means it hangs nicely without flapping around in the wind. Only had one pesky fly in the house since I started using it, a great difference from the old material one I was using which seemed to let all wildlife in!

It is easy to walk through. Also, I have 2 dogs who mastered walking through it in seconds.

The price is on the expensive side, however, you pay for what you get and I believe this will last a long time and still look good.

My experience with the company was great. Very good service, and very pleasant. The screen arrived much sooner than I had expected, and was in perfect condition and well packaged.

I would definitely use this company again, and would recommend them!

Having previously purchased flyscreens for our bedroom windows and bathrooms in our French property, we decided to purchase a door flyscreen for our kitchen. We ordered it online and were delighted when it arrived, in France, exactly one week later. It is now built, fitted and in full working order. I had a couple of telephone conversations with Pesthelp before and after delivery and can only praise the professional service I received from both Barbara and Stephen.
We were so delighted with the product that we have Placed another order, and are awaiting delivery of, a Horizontal Door roller screen. Great work Pesthelp!

Appalling customer service. I bought a product which is faulty, the company refuse to refund or replace it.
Christina ignores emails and appears to have made her own consumer laws up as she refuses to pay for postage of the faulty product even though that is clearly the law.
It's a small amount of money but it comes down to principle, no one likes to be ripped off.
I would avoid purchasing anything from them and instead use an online marketplace where sellers are obliged to follow the rules.

Read the previous review, my experience could not be more different, I ordered an Ultrasonic noise generator to deter badgers who are digging up our lawn. Its like magic, very effective, so much so that I ordered a 2nd one for the front lawn and another one for a neighbour. It comes with 15 m cable and I needed one a bit longer, I contacted Pest Help from their web site, and bit of a surprise I got an immediate reply from Christina, they had a spare extension and this was sent 1st class with no charge. I had to find a way of thanking for exceptional service, so this is it. Huge thanks to Pest Help for excellent products and service

Firstly they do not display any phone numbers on any of their web sites and they have lots of variations to the Petshelp, stop moths stop cats and dogs the list goes on. We bought a trap from them that arrived broken. I emailed them over a 3 day period and they ignored all efforts to speak to them. I managed to get a phone number for them but once again, no response. Then when I called the number I found they transferred the call to the manafacturer. We had so much trouble that we got in the car and drove to the registered address. When we got there, the people working there said they were not the people we bought the trap from, I said we have not had any response from the emails we have sent, the lady Christina , went into the office and when I checked my iPad I suddenly had an email. She sent an email whilst we were standing there saying bring it back. The man I was talking to said the person who sold you this lives in France, and it's nothing to do with us, I said I have not been able to contact anyone on the number I have found and all the numbers you have on your Facebook page do not work. He said watch I'll get through to him straight away he called the number and I beleive he spoke to the lady who was also there, she answered the call in the office. There was no one in France. When I checked the emails that I had been receiving I learned from the IP Address that they were all coming from the unit on an industrial estate where we had driven to. You really should hide your IP Adress if you do not want people to know where the communication is coming from. If you buy anything from these people under any name that is linked to their address and have any problems, they will try their best to discourage you from getting a refund. If we hadn't driven 80 plus miles to their address they would never have refunded us for the faulty goods we bought. It was only because out of principle we were not going to let them get away with it. Oh yes and then to rub salt in the wound, they post dated the refund until after the weekend. Be aware of this company and at all costs avoid using a business that does not have a phone number. Why would any business not want you to be able to speak to them. Zero customer service, and I made a massive mistake using them. I do not ever use a business I cannot talk to on the phone. One last thing Stopcatsanddogs say they put all the reveiws that you write on their site. I did do a reveiw on their site and they never did put it on.
