Pestforce UK Anmeldelser

They were wonderful They arrived on time and not only removed the bees but took them elsewhere so that they could survive as a colony

Absolutely brilliant service. John answered the call straight away and rang me on his way. Call was for my 91 year old mum who had what she thought was fleas in her house! Turned out they were beetles that had infested dry food from packaging! Horrible! Everywhere in her kitchen. John was so nice, patient and efficient, cleaned up thoroughly and gave great advice, even a follow up call. Didn't even charge, amazing service would recommend without hesitation

Ashley was highly professional and fantastic from start to finish, going above and beyond in creating a make shift shield to block any mice from returning into the house. Charming, trustworthy and went out of his way to ensure we didn't have a repeat problem. Cannot say enough great things about Pestforce - I just wish other trade professions could evoke as much trust and ability
to deliver ! Highly recommend.

We had wasps nests in a high, hall roof and previous treatments were unsuccessful.

Ken came and treated the hall, contacting us on the first day of my initial contact.

Treatment was arranged for the following day and the problem was resolved quickly.

Great service and very pleasant man.

My wife and I were away, and got a call from our daughter to say she had seen a rat in the house. Pestforce (Brentwood) we’re who we called first after our daughter read a few reviews. Andy came that very day as he was nearby, he put some traps in loft, poison under floorboards. He found the rodent entry point and advised blocking. Before I could block this up some days later we found dead rat on grass. Job done!!! One more visit to confirm no other rodent signs visible.
Great job and very reasonable costs.

Excellent service received from Marc & George, Pestforce Northampton
All treatment options and pricing was explained from a very knowledgeable team. All my questions were answered and treatment required carried out in a professional and friendly manner . I would have no hesitation in recommending Marc & George.

Also a thank you to Katie in the office for providing excellent customer service.

Came promptly and got rid of the wasps nest.

Pestforce Northampton. We had a rat problem and after ringing Marc and George they quickly came out to us. They carried out a review of the problem, told us how they would deal with it and quoted a price. They then put the plan into operation explaining everything to us in detail. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable.
The problem was resolved in the timescale they gave us. We would certainly recommend them and call them again.

Total waste of money. He wasn't at all interested, did almost nothing and achieved absolutely nothing.

Excellent all round.
Sean responded quickly and professionally, and offered helpful advice. His colleagues visited a few days later and did a thorough, efficient job. Camera survey, descaling, washing, installing barrier to rats, cement repairs, pesticide treatment.

Our neighbours had an unknown pest control service for 6 months trying to catch a mole who then decides to head over to our garden and who caused carnage in our lawn and flower borders. After trying home remedies (failed) DIY traps (failed) and a high pitch device (failed) we called Andrew from Pest-force in Exeter. He looked at the mounds, worked out how they connected and laid 3 traps. Within ONE hour, I kid you not, one of the traps went off. Thinking it was a false alarm we left it until his next visit a few days later and there in the trap was our neighbours mole!! No more soft mounds have appeared since and I wish I'd gone straight to him!! Nice chap, highly recommend the service!!

I can’t begin to find the words to describe the excellent service I received from pest force. I discovered a Rat in my kitchen early hours of the morning just before Christmas and contacted Pestforce. I got a quick response and a visit within hours which I didn’t expect. Andy came round, explained everything he was doing in a way for me to understand and followed up by calling to check if the bait had been taken. I was petrified before he came round but was left feeling at ease. Highly recommend this company. From G.Whelbourn

My old friend’s home there did infest
An outbreak of mites, invisible pest.
We called Pestforce(Stockton) them to divest,
They instantly put his mind at rest.

Excellent service and extra miles
A knowledgeable exterminator called Ken Iles,
He did the whole job for a price not too rich,
And expertly eliminated the seven year itch!

Michael came to my bungalow and was very helpful, friendly and had great knowledge.
After many failed attempts with other companies, he sorted my issue. Would not hesitate to recommend him. Great customer service.

Luis Lamas (Hertfordshire) came out to treat my home for fleas. He was rude, unpleasant and unhelpful. I felt as if he didn't have the time to be here, had no interest in doing a good job for us & just wanted his money (£240) upfront and he completed the job in half the time he had estimated. If I had my time again and had found my voice, I would have asked him to leave. I would prefer to have fleas in my house than him.

Ashley from pestforce did an excellent job
Getting rid of our hornet nest problem,

Ben Dean and his partner were great they swiftly identified where the wasps were coming from and treated them then and there. Couldn’t recommend highly enough they were great, friendly with a speedy manner.

I rang on a Thursday and spoke with Ashley regarding an issue with drain flies at my property. The situation had got continuously worse over 2 weeks since our drains were cleared by dynorod. Our en-suite was full of drain flies everyday, no matter what treatment I used down the trap. I was desperate as it was completely out of control on Thursday. Initially I was advised he could come next week but as I was on holiday and he knew I was desperate he came today Friday at 7am to fit me in. He checked everything over and explained he could treat today but the problem would return as it was a plumbing issue that needed addressing with cameras. I felt awful for getting him yo come at 7am and said I was happy to pay for a call out. He refused to charge me and refused a tip for a ‘drink’. What a great guy. Hope I don’t need their services again but if I did, it’s the company I would go to!

Shane from Pestforce was professional from the first time I spoke with him about the problem we had with rats coming into our garden. He gave us great advice and explained every step of the way what he was going to do and why. As the first cycle of treatment occurred during lockdown, he texted to let us know when he would be arriving and was mindful of keeping us safe. An excellent service and competitive pricing structure - would recommend and use again if needed.

Steve from Pestforce was extremely efficient and knowledgable right from the start. Great to chat with someone who clearly knows what they’re doing. Treated the wasps nest both inside and out. Any future issues, I will have no hesitancy to contact Steve from Pestforce again, or recommending him if you have similar problems. Thanks.
